Setting them free into a world of opportunity yet knowing the greater picture is an anxious time. Best dealt with with encouragement and confidence building. Choice words from mum indeed. Happier times.

Flugel horn first came to my attention when played alongside flute (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1wiShnu2QM) and is a delight to hear here.

Next time use the old style scales, and do it on your birthday. Have a lot of friends and family visit with no gifts but gold or silver coins.
Then sit on one scale and let them weigh you in coins as a birthday gift.
Then your weight worries will instantly disappear, no batteries required.

Yes, I too wore the clothes of a businessman (a gentleman is MORE than the clothes he wears) many moons ago before i decided to float my own boat.
The difference in how one is treated in respect of ones attire is remarkable. Same man, different attire, different reception.
I used to think that was down to lack of judgement but now i realise it is just human nature. Sight is of course our prime sense.

Fitting though that you should respectfully dress for the formal and sad occasions.

We are sad bc our list of acquaintences gets smaller and smaller, so let\'s embrace the inevitable, till the day we are crossed off the \'C\' list.
My mother (being the last of her generation) passed away a year ago, at the ripe age of 90, really felt the passing of others as only a poet like you can express.
Thnx
