Our tongues are going to melt away as we adapt to the external mode of communication. I\'ve seen my Millennials all four of them sitting on the sofas texting one another, not a sound of verbal utterance. My wife and I sat out today and watched the hawks hunting, so much more interesting than life with the Kardashians. Cell phones and all the other et ceteras of electronics, are murdering the language and the culture. I must admit, though, the wife and I did have our coffees. Nice one, this. Loved it.- Phil A.

They are missing out! I have seen that so much, in particular, with the youngsters. They are just plain missing out on the wonders of being outside in the great weather. Great write.

Good write. Maybe it\'s necessary in this technological age - but not all the time! It may be a sort of companion for them.

Great positive message. Not only in nature but also in cities - I love to look up and see the brilliant architecture we have - and then when I look down and see everyone else walking along looking blankly straight ahead or even down at the ground quite oblivious of what is there.

Great poem BROTHER ~ in the 21st C we all have tangible NEMESIS not the unseen mystic 20th C ones ! Mine is my mothers ornamental pond in general and the waterfall pump in particular ! I get soaked getting it out to clean ! My DAD\'s alergic to water ! For a few days it\'s like NIAGARA people pay 50p just to see it ! Then it gets slower and slower ~ a drizzle then it stops ! Mum is on the phone ~ BRIAN its the pump and I I\'m entertaining the Ladies from the Guild on Thursday for a Garden Party ~ so i drop everything and set out (for the third time this month) to CLEAN THE BL** DY PUMP ~ My NEMSIS ! I used to play a BASS PYROCANTHA in the School Orchestra ! Thanks for scaring ~ Yours BRIAN
