He was an Academic and a very devout JEW who UNDERSTOOD the OT especially the LAW and he understood it purpose & power ~ but also its transience ~ when the OLD COVENANT (Jews Only) was replaced by the NEW COVENANT (Everybody !) This is the key theme of HEBREWS ~ JESUS Greater than MOSES & The Prophets ~ greater than the LAW ~ even Greater than the ANGELS ~ JESUS came not to destroy the LAW but to fulfil it AMEN & AMEN ~ Your BROTHER BRIAN ~ AMEN again !
