Nature
Pop64 said:

Though much of nature is sculpted by nature\'s wrath, it yet remains part of the nature that we can take in and breathe out. This is a beautiful reminder of the need to take the time to smell the roses.

New leaf

My comments on the poem \"New leaf” by Natalie Heisey
The suffering comes through in this intense poem. The poetess pleads for her sufferings to be brought to an end. We will note the words “tears,” “endless nights,” “heartache,” “heart bleed.” There is a plea to save the love from ending. Words of hope for the future : “new seed,” new leaf,” “mend,” “start fresh.” Finally, we see the stage where the poetess sees that perhaps all is over : “it is time to let go.”
“For a heart that breaks us is not meant to grow” A philosophical ending for the poem, a realization that it is futile to hold on to something that will not work out.

Bravery is my first takeaway and then empathy that prompted a reread helped the emotional journey you shared seep in and speak. You did a good job with this project evidenced by its power to make me think and imagine the importance of that safe haven you enter as the car door clicks. Nice write good read

The price. Whether hidden or shouted if it reigns down w impudence in unjust form it should be tempered by those w pure agenda and that tree shaken until fair and well intention ride in their stead.

Rock bottom
L. B. Mek said:

humility is a a laudable trait
but
like all things, temperance is a must
so place yourself where you feel best
and live the life you want
but still, be the pebble
flowing in your river of fate
be open, to all of possibility
do not build a dam in your heart
and block what goodness
you\'ve been destined to receive
(but what do i know
just sharing my 2 cents
for what it\'s worth)
thanks for sharing

The plight of the challenged human spirit, faced with regressive obstacles cloaked as coping mechanisms can ever so often present to our fallible selves as insurmountable... Pieces like these are boot strap hopes and rays of light much needed by many out there... Peace, healing and blessings your way, dear writer.

My life

My comments on the poem \"My life” by Nathalie Heisey
One often sees on this site stories of how people suffer in silence, trying to cope with a difficult life. It is sad to cry in silence. So many people around, but nobody seems to care. Even our mind turns against us, and it is a thing one can hardly fight against. Even struggling to stay sane is an uphill battle. So, do keep writing on this site; people will sympathize with you. Best wishes and take care. Do not give up hope. Soman Ragavan. 6 July, 2023. //
