So did I, but left them scribbled, unpublished... untitled....unfinished

All I needed to know
Is how could you let me go
All I knew
Is that I loved you so

You strayed, you betrayed
Your heart was never in it
You knew it, you blew it
I hope it was worth it

Being free of all that frost
How come I feel so lost
Ever since then I confess
I\'m a mess

Ever since then n now
All we know, love is blind
Yet, I must move forward
Alone, my place, I must find

My words show simplicity of youth and immaturity of composition

A good \'loves epitaph\' written with the feeling of the moment which really comes through. Definitely an \'I\'ve had enough of you\' air about this.
Did it bring the moment back vividly. I expect so. (Mine do for me).

Telling it then as it once was - love soured reads as a powerful piece of well-written insistence - - good that you found it to share here Nev.

A fine write Neville. I tried writing in my shed. The light bulb went out. Couldn\'t see a thing. So I wrote a poem: \'A black cat in a coal cellar at midnight\'. lol.

I want to stay under my quilt till at least mid-day.... and never.. i say never take the lid off my coffin till after dusk....

Nice writing N.... so that\'s what it\'s like at dawn...
...but what strange habits some folk must have wiping things on the curtains to leave them damp overnight..... surely the central heating would dry them out.

A fine write Neville. Pity I have to ruin every day by coming along and singing! Fido tries to bark loud enough to drown it out. He has ear-plugs too.

Not yet locked away those sun-dappled moments that stand there in old houses amid dust and decay - so glad I caught this one mon amii - just love the slow flow of your pen on the canvas as it draws scenes of still life for those who love past things. First class writing again.
