Wow so beautifully composed
Each word contrasts a beautiful scene
The glistening drops on a velvet rose petal
Such a beautiful depiction
Well crafted dear poet

Flowers In The Rain

Such a contrast for us humans you\'ve brought together here. For it\'s only on occasion in youth that we enjoy the rainfall, mostly we all have negative feelings about it but who can say that flowers are not one of nature\'s delights.

Indeed, where would those flowers be without such rain.

Lovely uplifting poetry.

indeed,
lets craft our future\'s wings, from the cobwebs we accumulate,
learn to soar, despite the weight of our regrets,
and ultimately, cross that final divide - knowing
we gave it, our very Best!

Lovely picture you paint here in both your poem and your author\'s comment.
Here in U.K. Septenber feels colder than is normal so it was warming to read your words this morning.

The Sound Of Silence
L. B. Mek said:

Nature is Very Loud
its just we\'re equally, obstinately, Very: self-obsessed
and so, take everything for granted, until its taken from us
and then we lament, how we have nothing in our lives
while standing in the middle of nature, and all its vibrant life...
(thanks for sharing, a wonderful theme and message)

I don\'t read as many books as I used to many years ago. But your poem here has reminded me of many of the books I read when much younger. And I do now have a collection of Clive Cussler books, and have read almost half of them.
