Blue-eyed Bolla,
A beautiful heartfelt poem!
So profound! It brought tears to my eyes! I lost my dad a few years ago. Thereās not one day that goes by that I donāt think of him!
Love and prayers for your dad!

It can take a long time, I can still see my father and know that I will join his Spirit with mine.

Blue-eyed Bolla,
Such a beautiful and romantic poem!
I understood its meaning when I first read it; but, I keep reading it over and over because I love it so much! It reads like a romantic novel; however, the pièce de résistance is that it is a true story!
May the love for each other continue to flourish day after day!
A great pic of the two of you!

Of Love That Conquers...

Really refreshing to read such a well penned piece. All to often the desire for simple rhyme detracts from a tales intent but here you show you truly master the art.
A very sad tale you impart and include a warning.
I really admire your prowess in maintaining the integrity and depth of feeling within this format.

Blue-eyed Bolla,
A super write!āš»
Let your poems flow because I love to read them; especially the ones about the return of a lost love! Not many of us have the opportunity to reclaim a lost love. Blessed are the ones who have!
I love the pic!
Is that a low relief image on metal?

Blue-eyed Bolla,
Iām a bit confused in the beginning of your poem! Are you writing about the past? I donāt think itās referencing to the present. Iām I correct?

What is it you said? A versifying vagabond with delusions of grandeur? Well, I say phoohy!! Beautiful piece of work from an \" aging poet\" . I believe you ARE what you strive to be. A poet. This brings to mind young love. Summer days together. Wonderful. Love it.

This poem is EXTRAORDINARILY
well penned! While reading it, I could feel that pain you seem to have endured! The ending of your poem gives me the impression that you are in a much better place now than in your past!
I wish you all the best!
