Mio Caro Amico BRIAN...
Great poem! I absolutely adore the Angel picture! Angels are our friends
...always there to walk beside us, to guide us, and to love us! We all have our Angels! We are truly blessed!

TEN UNCERTAINTIES FOR 2018

Uncertainty makes the changes needed in all of creation and we who believe keep in mind that the best is always to come with such a benevolent universe around us. Thank you Brian for opening the doors of my deeper core. May your 2018 prove to be pouring you blessings galore.

Well, I think we have to look at the good stuff. You are not too young to be a dad. And you could be married and not have kids, you know. Anyway, I\'m trying to look on the positive side of next year as to not provoke my anxiety. It will be okay! As you said, each of us will make a little change here and there and change the world! Positive hugs-Christina

I\'m a half full person - positive thinking - if only everyone was a positive thinker we would be in a much better world. Even despite Brexit and our desire not to stay in the United States of Germany. Wish I was 64 in 2047 - that\'s well past me but still so much I want to do and achieve - currently looking at new poetry forms and different printing techniques.

A clear and beautifully rhymed account of the reason for Thanksgiving Day - - a worthy time to be celebrating the bravery of the first pilgrim fathers. Thanks for sharing it Brian my friend.

Thanks Brian,

What an awesome poem. I remember my late mother was in the US one year during Thanksgiving which she celebrated with relatives whilst staying there.

She found celebrating Thanksgiving in the US an amazing experience which obviously means a lot more to Americans than Xmas.

CHRISTMAS CRACKERS !
FredPeyer said:

Never heard of Christmas crackers, not even when I lived in Canada, but then I lived in Quebec where French traditions were more common.
While it sounds like a lot of fun, I just wonder how it came to be and how it relates to Christmas which is supposed to be a celebration of the birth of Christ?

WRAPPING PARCEL ~ An 8 6 Sonnet

I like to use the comics pages to wrap gifts, that way, if the recipient does not like the gift, at least he/she can read the comics!
You should see how the Japanese wrap gifts! The wrapping is more expensive than what is inside!
