You Get Out What You Put In
Tristan Robert Lange said:

Sardonic wit, sharp humor, a foot to a jerk\'s ass..whatever you want to call this...it is masterfully brilliant in it\'s brevity, my friend. LOVE THIS! πŸŒΉπŸ™ If I ever say this to anyone in real time, you will be cited! 🀣 \"Wise man Tobani says...\" or something to that effect! Again, brilliant!

Forsooth, good Sir. Begins to remind me of my late father\'s injunction to, \"enjoy the ride! The journey is half the fun of getting there...\" whether or not that is applicable. Beautifully rendered with a delightfully haunting poignancy. Thank go for sharing.

Hahaha, you\'re hilarious! Me still is uncertain about that, though, since methinks I\'ve put in a ton more than I\'ve recieved from the effort, however I\'m not dead as yet, so who knows. Delightful and sweetly rendered with a waltzing poignancy. Thank you for sharing! I love it.

Fine words Tobani. In our lives the devil does play its hand but in my life My Angel is always there to take me forward into a better place as I am sure your Angel does the same to you.

Powerful poem, my friend. Truthfully, I have seen this happen in real time, Tobani. The person went to jail for murdering someone who abused them as a child. That person today is a public speaker and helping people like them find help and support in moving past their pain and suffering toward healing and making a positive impact. A powerful and important write. A must fave from me. πŸ–€πŸ¦β€β¬›πŸ™

Great write! Revenge is one of those drugs that leaves you feeling temporarily high only to fall into addiction and the ravishes of hate. Nicely written this poem switches off the pairing of devil and angel to provide a good balance nicely crafted

Different style indeed! La. This is a very pretty and provocative number. Fascinating. Intriguingly rendered with rather exquisite imagery and a deeply haunting poignancy, it seems akin to a diamond with so many facets and angles I\'m left pondering. Thank you for sharing.

Plot For Redevelopment
Tristan Robert Lange said:

Always fun to expand one\'s footing and reach in the fertile soil of poetic exploration. I love this, Tobani. This, to me, represents all the developed areas in one\'s life that could use redevelopment. Of course, this poem could be read any number of ways from literal onward. Well done, on this, my friend! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Plot For Redevelopment
sorenbarrett said:

A metaphor of the undeveloped. So it is with life. Many plots of our character or potential talents lay undeveloped because we feel that it may take more effort or time than we are willing or able to devote. They lay undeveloped plots. Nice metaphor my friend
