We are conditioned write from the off to think, feel and behave this way or that .. & when, for whatever reason, the inevitable happens and we are required or forced to deviate, many of us immediately go all wobbly .. I personally think its best to let it happen & run with it until it re-writes itself .. sleep, or rather the lack of it is a good example of this principle .. I guess what I am trying to say is that many of us try too hard to put right what is not necessarily wrong in the first place .. Wishing you a better night tonight .. Neville
