Is The Window Open In Moscow.
Tristan Robert Lange said:

Great, though-provoking poem! Those in power are replaced by those seeking power. An ugly, vicious, and unending reality that plagues not only Russia, but everywhere. The day we eliminate power as something to be had is the day we attain peace; and sadly, I do not see that happening this side of Revelation, per my beliefs...or never per others. But that is the sad reality as I see it. With that said, we MUST strive for peace and you leave us brilliantly there with that call: \"It is more than likely unrealistic wishful thinking from me. / But at this point I think anything is worth a try for peace.\" Indeed, trying is far better than giving up and becoming a part of the problem. Hear hear! Excellent poem, my friend! ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‘

That might be one possible solution but most likely another would just take his place. I don\'t believe that peace can be found until our DNA of violence is changed. Good poem Tobani

You\'re hereby as charming as dear Shakespeare, this carefully delineated injunction to self, which aught to resonate with countless, eloquently rendering reality in more than simply this genre. This baring of the soul, as you\'ve excellently rendered with nigh exquisite imagery and a delightful poignancy, is a serious thing indeed. I guess I\'d honestly never have found the chutzpa to enter a local poetry group nine years ago if I hadn\'t first found sweet camaraderie online. Thank you very, very much for sharing. I love it.

Such true words Tobani, we can interpret our own and others poetry in differing ways every time we read them, that is the beauty of writing our words.

I did fear sharing my poetry prior to doing it, for a whole variety of reasons, most of which you have covered in this poem. First, wonderful poem, my friend. Second, I am so glad you wrote it to yourself and ended up convincing yourself to come on here! It\'s been great getting to read your excellent poetry and get to know each other as best as we can digitally! This poem is a fave for me. Have a great weekend, Tobani! ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ

What a splendid poem that rings with truth in every line. How many times I have had readers tell me the exact opposite of what I had intended and I\'ve asked myself did I word it wrong? or were they not reading it carefully? Long ago I decided that there is no correct interpretation of a poem all interpretations are correct it each reader\'s eyes. The question is did it touch someone? Even the author? A fave

Ohh, just follow me - write any old rubbish, as I do at intervals! LOL. Now, now, poets, I didn\'t say rubbish my EVERY poem! Heehee.
But seriously, we can sometimes write poems hoping they will \'fit in\' and be acceptable to others. But we can\'t please all the people all of the time, and we would lose our individuality if we tried to do that, I think. And that\'s quite a long word for this time of day - individuality. Got headache now, thinking that word up! lol.

First. WOW! I LOVE THE STRUCTURE! Sorry for YELLING that at you, but I love experimental poems and this was beautifully structured to feel very much like passing observations before the eyes and in the mind. Well done. Second, this is so my home. I relate to this so much. Alone, but not alone....Not alone, but alone. Thank you for this expression my friend! ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‘
