Kevin, all of your work just screams spoken word poetry. Each time I read, I imagine it being spoken aloud and it\'s powerful. Each of your verses can stand alone. You need to attend some poetry slams and get on the mic, sir.

You\'ve got that wonderful, care free style of a beat poet here - great for delving deeply into Darwinian deceptions or soaring the heights of philosophical ecstasies. Darwin\'s theories have gaps, beauty is this life! Monotheists and atheists begin the \"God of the Gaps\" dance....take your seats folks.

Great writing. Every line makes one think. Takes a long time to read and even longer to understand. But then maybe that\'s just me.

I myself am still a virgin and 62 years old. is that the way its (supposed). to be? I\'ve had so called ex lovers when I was in my early 20\"S. I didn\'t care for the sex. i\'de rather they be friends. they have all passed. but I remember them like it was yesterday. and I look back and are with them and they me. I don\'t long for them, they are gone and I know that. but I feel close to them by memories its good enough for me. I\'m not looking for another. at 62 years old but if someone presents themselves. I will listen very carefully. but i\'ll always consider myself a loner. its quite enjoyable. since I quit drinking 11 months ago. I was drinking beer, two 30 pacs a week. I have a half gallon of vodka in the door of my refrigerater, it dosn;t bother me. it doesn\'t even register in my brain.i used to drink very heavely with my so called male lovers. I have no desire to go back to drinking. I hope you two are joined. I really understand. see ya, king kev

What a wonderful write. This shows a great love for Adrian and it also has the reassurance that you will meet him again. The words \"Remembering isn\'t for yesterday it\'s for the future\" are so very true and brilliantly written.
This shows great strength within your Spirit. We are each what we are and to deny it to others, or even to ourselves is never a good thing to do. It is like one of the philosophies that I have in my life and have mentioned on this site \"This is me if you don\'t like it that is your problem - not mine!\"

great long poem. do these words just come to you? you probably edit them too. in my poetry they come to me. but I must prepare for their visit.i also have two big garbage bags full of scraps of paper, my poetry in the making of. the words do come to me so I write them. but after i must erase and add and subtract and correct, make them readable. I\'m 62 now and I\'ve still got the scraps of in the making of. i saved all these pieces of scraps since i was 25. i lived in quite a few places. and carried them with me. for a rainy day. when i can look them over. just for the fun of it. just to see how i fixed my poetry. so they could be readable. comment so i can see if i did a good job. you, yourself are a special poet. i never saw anything that looks like your poems. so you are unique in your own way. i still don\'t see how you do it they are so good. and they have their own meaning. onepauly

Kevin, I did read every line (do I get a star?), and I just hope nobody ever has to learn to recite your poem by heart!
But know what? It was worth reading. I guess you could have written a two-liner with the first and last lines, but then we would have missed out on a lot of great words and ideas.

onepauly, I do believe firmly we are living in the future already. you say we can\'t make our change our future well if it wasn\'t for the http addres we wouldn\'t be communicating as we all are in 2017. the telephone, the car, buliding we all made for our futures. education is for the future and for us to change our lives by it in the future. I am not disagreeing with your philosophies, I am merely pointing out that most things are done in order to change our future. it may be by choice or it may not, but either way, humans have mostly invented or discovered things so the future changes. if we all pulled together and healed the world then wouldn\'t tat be changing the future. thank you so much for your reply, I love critisism all the way home my friend. I learn the other side from it.
