Let me guess ... he is not a poet? Doesn\'t seem to fit the profile. A wonderful description in poetry of a hearty soul enjoying his life. Kudos, Frank!

Brill and good on you for resurrecting a great word - think I\'ll use \'lumpen\' sometime soon.

Dancing with joy amid light from the flames - your lumpen man knows how to end a good day. Frank I learnt a new adjective by reading this tribute to a clumsy \"lumpen\" man. Thanks muchly for sharing it.

A life, a stream, you are the water. Like two streams join to become a small river. Water is the essence of Love. Nice poem, Frank. - Phil A.

A captivating poem of terror and loss, Frank. Even now, again, being reenacted in California at this moment. One can only marvel, and quake, at the awesome power of this expression of the force of nature.

An art lesson in poetry, thank you Frank and thank you for the positiveness in these words \"wash on however until the finish
and let us see the outcome that emerges
from the application of your craft\".Poetry can work the same way if we just wash on with words.

Beautiful, tender, yet so strong writing here, Frank!
Living here in Hawaii, married to a Chinese woman, in a place where the majority of people is happa (half/half, or mixed) sometimes makes me forget how bad it is in other parts of the world. We make jokes about each others ethnicity, but overall we all get along. Sometimes wish the whole world would be like that.
Thank you for a great and thought provoking poem!

But another sad chapter in the ongoing madness of Wars, the favorite sport of man. But then isn\'t all of this illusion of life we create void of rationality? Good, impactful write, Frank!

An awesome write, loaded with emotions we try to hide, like bigotry and hate. It makes one wonder if the world will ever be a safe place for all. We educate our young, but then the uneducated take control and fascism thrives.Hopefully they will find a happy life on your wonderful island.- Phil A.
