Good write Gold.
The song grates with me though. Not because of my singing (!) but some of the words in it.

Angela here - Good Sabbath Uncle ANDY - Thanks for brightening our Weekend by sharing Monty Pythons BSOL ! Last year at Funeral of a Friend of ours (76) who was always the *Life & Soul of the Party* His Family (at His request) played this as the curtains closed on the Coffin and we left the Crem to view the Flowers. It lifted all the gloom and it is one of the happiest Funeral Teas I have ever attended ! Everone thought it was a very fitting farewell for *Smiler Jim* as he was known !
Thanks for the Poem and a reminder that *Freedom of Choice* is a great Blessing and a hallmark of the Democray in which we live !

Blessings & Joy & Peace to You & Yours

Its a whole new world out there anyway, isn\'t it Andy ...

I admire anyone who attempts to upcycle and am a self confessed recycler myself .. always finding new things and ways to reduce my carbon footprint .........with a bit of luck, it will make the world go round a bit longer ....

Brilliantly done, I love the newest of TV show! It actually feels like it grows with each Generations understanding!

As you know I like to play with my own consciousness and belief system! I think we could see it in another 4 to 500 years...

It\'s easy to watch, think or act but to actually do! Day in day out, that must be what have is the wording dedication!

Keep up the write!

Good Friday Uncle Andy ~ Brian here ! Thanks for Piano Recital ~ reminded me of my Dad !
Loved the poem it reminded me of two of my Fave TV Programs ~ *Repair Shop* where heirlooms are lovingly restored and *Money for Nothing* where *People in Masks* hover round garbage dumps and ask people to part with their garbage before putting it in the SKIP ! The Lone Rangers then take it to Craftpersons who transform it (for a price) into something awesome. The product is sold for a profit and the profit (sometimes in xs of £100) is given to the original donor ! The MANTRA IS *Anything can be Repaired - Recycled or Revamped^ AMEN !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

Ha - - up-cycling the old to give a trendy new face just gave me my first smile of the day my friend - I love that number and the surreal spaceship read Andy hoping your clever daughter made a silk purse in the end from that worn-out ear of worse-for-wear furniture.

I can imagine you sat on your captains log, reading a copy of the spocktator, clearing your throat \"Uhuru\" whilst from your kitchen comes the sound \"she\'s gonna blow captain\" your personalised kettle coming up to the boil.
And i\'m left thinking \"It\'s life dusk, but not as i know it\".

ANGELA HERE - GOOD AFTERNOON - Uncle Andy Wow we are on sacred ground today ! Beethovens Emperor Op 73, First peformed in Vienna in 1811. His 5th Piano Concerto a piece which all amateur Pianists aspire to PLAY ! Beethoven is my fave composer for Piano. No more Clinics today so a few moments to catch up on MPS after a late lunch. L. B. Mek said:

what a comfort your pain must be to Joyce - we never consider that side often, most likely she would wish to save you of such testing days I\'m sure, but still that essence of her that remains in your mind, alive and replying to your daily musings - must cherish the transcendent connection your love has established,
what value the statues and monuments for all conquering heroes, when they decay daily and are subjected to the demoralising perpetuity of cobwebbed book covers in dusty old libraries,
nay: I propose true immortality exists within the moments of legacy we impart on those who remember us fondly after we\'ve passed,

It\'s easy to give some \'super-spiritual\' answer such as \'There was a purpose in it\'.
I\'m not attempting to \'answer\' the question, but there were Job\'s sufferings of old, and Christ\'s sufferings in His days.
I don\'t mean religion, or playing \'let\'s go to church\' and the same old messing about, in some places.
Then again - why did two people J and H, two women, pass away from an illness, when the whole church had prayed for them both? (in one or two of my poems somewhere).
I found J\'s husband rather stand-offish, but H\'s husband is a church leader - a better person one could hardly hope to meet.

There are bound to be days like that. You are a strong and philosophical, positive person but have all the inbuilt human traits of the rest of us too. Are you on a journey to a higher place than you are conscious of?... there I go off on my thoughts about spritual journeys of enlightenment and reincarnation.... who knows... but it\'s something which enters my mind.
Also the winter blues lurk ahead don\'t they. Christmas that great time of coming together for joyous celebration and cheer. Certainly different for you this time. So no wonder there are low times.

What to do? Well I\'m no doctor but I think people/company are a great healer - difficult in covid times but you should expand your \'bubble\' to its maximum my friend and bounce off people perhaps.

WE have had a chance to explore the Solar System & SETI has reached the conclusion that *There is Nobody out there* and so far not in the Milky Way (our Galaxy) either. Your poem show cases the living beauty of our Home Planet ~ EARTH ! People always ask the question *Why is it so so different from our Neighbours in Space ?* WE all have our own theories for the *Uniqueness of Planet Earth* and for the majority ~ that is the final answer ! Thanks for challengng our beiiefs !
