Autumns Wonder.
dusk arising said:

Nice one and oh how i miss it... staying locked away for self preservation.
Springtime is my favourite i admit but autumn has it golden beauty and sorrow as the natural world prepares for winters hardship.

All the more poignant to observe the final beauties of 2020 as we head into who knows what this year.

A fine write and pic Gold. Yes, brightening up a sub-power station near us - brilliant red and golden leaves overhanging from a neighbour\'s garden.
\'Tis where I go to sing all alone. I got a key for special permission to get in - to sing there alone of course! lol.

ANGELA HERE - God Sabbath Uncle Andy - Nicae to be back in the LAND of MPS. Love Thelonius Monk - to me (as a pianist) its a genre of Progressve / Improvised Jazz but it needs a QUARTET to showcase the PIANO MAGIC !
IN NORMAL TIMES at our Evangelical Church we have a PRAISE PARTY on 31st October instead of HALLOWEEN ! We get about 50 (9 ~ 16) every Year so they must enjoy it ! I feel the *SIMPLE UK HALLOWEEN* of the last Century has been hijacked by an OTT USA Version ! Loved the POEM it reminded us of the VOODOO situation American Missionary Friends of Ours found in Haitii ! Thanks for sharing - Please check todays POEM & FUSION - Thanks A & B !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

I hate to dampen your enthusiasm but i think it\'s going to rain on your parade. Mr Jobsworth weatherman predicts wind and rain for this evening....

So put away your sweetie treats and wax the oilskins if ya dare venture out.

Good write Gold. It\'s a sort of plague, to be sure.
Meanwhile I could feel like I\'m in me coffin today - it\'s the Anniversary from Hell, when I married KP. I knew I should never have said \'yes\' to here. She did not water my whiskies. That\'s what made me say \'yes\' to her.

And so the journey of life continues. You choice of analogy, climbing a mountain, is excellent in your learned case because the view from high has enabled you to view the landscape of what life is all about and accept it into your psyche. Climbing higher still will bring further treasure I hope.

Hi Andy,

Ill agree with you on that one.

Everyone of us has a favourite Bob Marley, David Bowie, Frank Sinatra or Ella Fitzgerald song that we like.

Great write.

\'But each time I arose into a better person.
There have been fissures and boulders,
Some taking time to overcome,
Bit overcome them I did
And they helped me to where I am.\'

The voice is a wonderful instrument - it matters not what the language is - enjoy it for the beauty of the sounds it makes. Unless it\'s Orchis of course (sorry Orchi).

During my life as atradesman working in peoples homes i had the misfortune to come across one lady who told me in no uncertain terms that she did not like music. To say she was quite a noteable character would be an understatement for i believe there were very few things she actually did like. I haven\'t found anyone yet who liked her. (No this isn\'t a mother-in-law joke).

Ah yes, pearls of wisdom from star trek..... now that we are all aged fans with typical water works age related deterioration I have modified a well know Spock phrase \"Go forth and prostate\".

Each poetic opportunity encourages us to \"boldly go where no man has gone before\"..... which used to we said about virginity.
