Somewhere woven in your words today is the true meaning of unconditional love rather than the oft experienced possessive type romantic love.

A place we all are looking for, either physically or emotionally, you say it, so clearly. Good writing, you can feel the hope in your heart.

No other has that fluffy mellow haunting trumpet sound of Chet. And his singing voice in his late years was to marvel at for the expression he was able to carry.
Not a reader of the dots yet in his early playing years he was able to play in many bands of the day without fault.

Chet a truly amazing musician by anyones standard.

ANGELA HERE - Each Member of MPS has their part (however small) to play on MPS to make the Daily Whole exponentially better than the sum of the parts ! Where would it be without MIKES Paintings - FAYS incredible Poetry - STEVES Spiritual input - JOKER 44s Qirkiness and YOUR eclectic choice of Music to satisfy our souls. This is why (despite limited Time) BRIAN & I try to visit & comment every day. To us it is the best Poetry Site (on line) ever !
Thanks for the VIDEO ! This is an elegant piece but I find LISZT much more difficult than CHOPIN. Lang Lang is one of my fave pianists. He makes it look easy and sound sublime. Love the Picture & the Poem. Uncle MIKE with His perfect Paintings & quirky Poems light up MPS every day for us - He is a GEM !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

ANGELA HERE - Good Morning !Thanks UNCLE ANDY I found your video (Rachmaminov 2) and your poem very uplifting as I face another day of Ministering to People with broken dreams & limited mobility. Many of my clients tell me *You have the hands of an Angel* which is very true ! My Parents christened me ANGELA (Spanish for Angel) that I might be used of GOD in the World ~ AMEN. Back to the Poem. In all our minds there is *A Beautiful Isle of Somewhere* where Peace reigns and we will all be reunited with our Loved ones again ! However we will only be there when we pass from the PHYSICAL to the SPIRIT(UAL) dimension. I follow the accepted Catholic (Biblical) Doctrine in this matter - OK.

Blessings & Peace to YOU & YOURS

ANGELA & BRIAN said:

ANGELA HERE (Late lunch break) Love this Music - especially when Im feeling melacholy & blue ! Its a perfect accompanyment to your very melancholy Poem. Your visual reminds me that *Recreation* can be an antidote (but never an answer) for the lonliness caused by the absence of a loved one.I felt it in NZ in he latter days - when Ruth had gone home - and I was alone and my heart ached for BRIAN 24/7 ! BUT he did come for me eventually - and when I saw HIM I just broe down and wept or JOY ! I never realised just how much noise in the house - another person made. So in a small way I can empathise. In your case it is so so sad because (on this Earth) your physical (but not spiritual) separation is permanent. The silence is eerie - gone is the Music - the Laughter the Presence. We think of You & pray for You every day.

Blessings & Peace for You & Yours

It is still early days. Such a major change in your life will have it\'s low times even for the most forward looking of person.
Let me say this.... whilst feeling low I would play some music which took me deep into that low, it\'s necessary to go there from time to time. And the benefit is that you will not stay low, a different lifted frame of mind will prevail and become your strength again, refreshed.
Springtime is ahead.
