Hmmm. Been sensing 21 at the root, shall we say, of your more recent, Easter-inspired poem. I love the in depth look at that particular chapter, my friend. Well done on this and on all of these! πŸŒΉπŸ‘ A fave for sure!

Very nice message and like Tristan said, Peter had denied Christ three times just before He was crucified- and Jesus having been resurrected letting Peter proclaim his love for Him for every time that he had denied Him, is a fitting redemption that speaks to God’s grace in being able to work good out of bad things; very poetic story in and of itself and your hymn beautifully showcases God’s love for us and call to follow Him; thank you for sharing 😊

Peter\'s Professing
Tristan Robert Lange said:

Peter once asked how many times one should be forgiven, guessing seven times? He was thinking he was smart, because seven equals perfection of course. Jesus\' answer, \"seventy times seven\". Doing the math, that\'s 490 times...of course, one would loose count, which is the point. Still, here, in your hymn-poem, we see Jesus asking Peter 3 times if he loves him. Peter, of course, thrice denied him. A powerful passage and it shows Jesus putting that 490 times into practice, because we all know the 3 denials was NOT Peter\'s only time messing up! 🀣 A powerful poem that remnds us it\'s not about perfection but sincerity. Peter, though flawed, was sincere. Great job, Orchi! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Been reflecting a bit on Jesus\' beach breakfast with his disciples. Makes sense given the time we\'re in...and yet, I find this to be divinely timed, for me at least! Thanks for sharing Orchi! Well done, my friend! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Ah, Thomas. He gets such a bad rap. All the disciples doubted until they saw. Now there\'s alliteration. The Doubting Disciples. 🀣 Well done on this piece, Orchi! A fave. πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Tristan Robert Lange said:

I was thinking about taking a long walk this morning. I was going to walk all the way to the road to Emmaus. Then I realized I would have to walk on water and exclaimed, \"Jes...\" Okay, it\'s Easter, I\'ll leave it there! 🀣 At this point, though, I am pretty sure I understand God\'s humor! 😜 True story, I was almost struck down in a church. Almost. So, not sure if that says God is \"almost\" fed up with me, or I am almost fully \"grounded\" in the Lord? (See what I did there? Grounded...βš‘οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€£) Okay, this really is nothing but rubbish, and bad rubbish at that...so let me just get on with it...this poem was excellent my friend! I hope you\'ve had a most excellent and Happy Easter! βœοΈπŸŒ…
