Hopeful of Help
Thomas W Case said:

This feels like a modern psalm with dirt under its fingernailsโ€”pleading, stripped down, honest about need.
Thereโ€™s power in how you donโ€™t posture here; you kneel, you ask, and you mean every word.

Tristan Robert Lange said:

Excellent, Orchi! I have to say, all the damn glugs aside, I am finding much hope in your hymn-poems, my friend!

But, and I am sure you know this, those glugs only stay aside for never, so even as I share my thoughts above a certain P, and T, and O, and SB, and maybe even Scooby too, Ruh-roh!, are surfacing glugging glugs like turtle burps from a Manhattan sewer (shameless Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reference). All I can say is that I am hopeful there may be no help for us in regard to this gurgling situation we have got going on here. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I have always wondered why a God that is all powerful, all knowing needs praise from his creations. A great poem hymn Orchi that seems to underline to me a common human trait that when we don\'t need something we ignore or forget it but in that hour of need we plead, cry, make a big deal out of it by praising, cajoling and basically brown nose our way to get what we want. Well done my friend.

You, dear friend, are a hymn-poem tour de force. We know a few others who may be a tour de farce. Ah-gah-gah-gah-glug-glug! ๐Ÿคฃ Great job, Orchi! ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ›

A great story and parable so to speak of what one should do if blessed and given a gift. Should one not give credit where it is due or keep the wish as asked. Well done Orchi

Poem finishes just when Fido is about to elucidate his position. Woz he about to recommend a good joke? If so can you get him to contact me - I\'m after a funny story which may create the illusion that I\'m lightening up a bit. Thanx

Well...I minded my language...but it didn\'t stop the dry glugging! Sorry, Orchi! It\'s all Ol\' Tom\'s fault, as he thought he could out do P by glugging a pair of his songs. Sounded like a cross between a coyote in heat and a cat coughing up a hair ball caught in sandpaper. You can just imagine, right? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿคฃ

Orchi, this is hymnody done right. Faithful to the text, clear in promise, and full of hope. Revelation sings here without strain. And when we reach the fountainโ€ฆthe free drinkโ€ฆthe refreshment sentโ€ฆI canโ€™t help but hear Darwall whispering, glug glug, as heaven pours without measure. It\'s seems P has even influenced folks in the great beyond! ๐Ÿคฃ Thank you for the music and the mercy, my friend. ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ›
