Thanks MALU ~ Love the poem and love all the comments and your BRAZILIAN replies ! I have noticed in Mexico & Peru and Cuba (where I have been this year) Men & Women are not afraid to flirt and as you say Brazil sounds the same ~ My current GF Angela is half Spanish so she is very flirty ! I was recently in ESTONIA (E Europe) on a CRUISE ! There were YOUNG LADIES IN Traditional Dress (long skirts !) selling Salted and also Sugared Almonds ~ They and The Ladies Selling them were all very Beautiful and discretely flirtatious in an East European Way ! In the morning I bought 20 packets and I did get five kisses (there were five Ladies) so in the cause of EAST / WEST relations I also fell in love five times c\'st la vie ! Thanks for sharing your experiences ~ beautiful ~ A Brotherly hug from BRIAN. I\'m doing a Joint Fusion with SANTITA on Games & Pastimes ~ please add a Poem ~ Thanks B.

As an old guy i have to add i certainly appreciate beauty and the beauity of a young lady is something older men get to only observe. No wonder you sold your candies so well for your beauty still radiates. Really pleasant to read. Thank you.

Very well written, Malu. I love it. And the \'old man\' twist at the end, though unexpected, is true. I too grew up in bpc (before politically correct). It was only fun as you say.

One of the problems with growing older is that any interest shown can be misinterpreted - I love children but the idea of giving them a smile is something to be wary - it can be a sad world, This is a delightful read nonetheless.an

That is the idea but you know it happens everyday and we can not control desire. The old guys here they were like kids two. Just want some fun. When I was the candy girl I would smile to them and sale tons of candy just because being cute and young. It was pure joy. In my country we are not so moralist. I did not mind them but I knew most of them were there to have some fun. I found them cute.

Old guys can innocently appreciate the brilliant beauty of a young girl child too, as your fine poem implies. Kudos, mb!

Thank you for putting the text below the picture as well. Tried to read it on my cell phone while riding the bus. Next to impossible!
Very creative! You just gave me an idea I MUST try out. If it works I will put it on on some future date.

Thanks love for your words. No concern here, I\'m happier than I ever been. Look again at my writing: I\'m happily bleeding, leaving parts of me behind

I really like this poem, Malu!
The older I get the more I realize that happiness requires letting go of everything and to concentrate on the core values of love, friendship, and self.

Malu this has to be one of your best - the piece gives a soul-naked view of time\'s passing and the need to loosen heavy for lighter pursuits. Excelent work - - Already in my favourite list.
