No ego mass but ego mental energy that weighs more than the physical mass. Think about someone running that is a strenuous exercise and carrying a bad mental projection at the same time? What a mess. So, when I go out for running or jogging or even walk I do my best to concentrate on what I\'m doing and enjoy it. I don\'t want any egotistical thought to take place. I just want to be free.
