chocolate can definately put you on a bit of a high but too much is bad for you ! high cocoa dark chocolate is known to be better for you because there is less SUGAR in it , and apparently a little bit is also good for the heart ! german chocolate cake sounds nice tho never been one to try that one ! my sister made a honey and chocolate cake the other day , made with honey , and very nice it was too ! why not have a chocolate cake with honey in it as its much healthier then eating a cake loaded with all that granulated sugar ! a great piece of writing here which i enjoyed.. everybody needs a lift sometimes! :-)
