Virtue Vendor
L. B. Mek said:

(a wonderfully metaphorical conceptualisation
really helped to synthesise the nucleus
of your poems message, I found
thanks for sharing, dear poet)
a world without \'marketed Virtue\', what a horror to consider
almost like a world
with diminishing reliance on \'institutionalised belief systems\'
still, as chaotic a reality - we of modernity traverse
somehow, we seem to be carving: a path...
so lets all hope: \'we will survive!\'

Lions In The Night
L. B. Mek said:

\'defines the reality.
Danger walks through
the night.
Death is close by.

Be silent.
Do not move.
really well thought-out and executed,
of our innate, survival senses
you\'ve versed
and worded so poetically immersive
we readers, can feel that tingling sensation
on the back of our necks, trembling
evermore, with each line we devour;
showcasing how: not only
the voice of the prey - freights,
now we, the consuming predators
and interpreters of your poem
are willingly sharing, that same fearful state..
(brilliantly creative, in its concept
creating almost a self-removed feel, within
a wholesome reading experience
somewhat surreal and unique,
briefly transformative, to say the least
thanks for sharing, dear poet)
I\'d also liken this to poetry
conceptualising Artistry\'s, surrealist effect
though, by utilising words alone
that itself is a great poetic feat
in my humble opinion

Long Ago and Evermore

works well, either with young love
or that forever love, of yearning and loss..
in-fact, you could clarify this write
as a Portrait of Love!

I Choose The Light
Doggerel Dave said:

I\'m very literal in my use and understanding of language, DW.
Hence I would like to ask:
-What is this world of pity I\'m allegedly confining you to?
- I can\'t actually speak instead with words of understanding or have
- a strong Voice that speaks words of concern, not condemnation, unless I know what you are on about.
Wot is your problem??? 😊

Very understandable words DW, we must all go our own way in the world.

Refreshing to see words of an enlightened mind. God is within us all, we are all god.
Too many time on MPS we read self righteous twaddle of folk sucked into the \'established\' ways of spirituality.
A very enjoyable read from start to finish and desreving of a place among my favourites.

Surprised me (recalcitrantly anti love poetry) - I really felt this one. Admittedly the disciplined structure and unambiguous imagery helped - so for me, good work all round.
Thanks for it all.

wonderful imagery and depth of vulnerability
a good write
(thank you for inspiring my little reply)..
\'though if a tomb remains open
however drained the occupant and rendered incapable
of self-salvaging feats of escape
hope remains, someone may choose to play the hero
and revive, what limitless treasure
is still left to salvage, in your poetry\'s pulsing beacon
even if that someone
is a mirror\'s reflection of belated: self-worth realisation\'

what a triumphantly euphoric - depiction, of Aurora\'s unwavering brilliance..
sat witnessing a brilliant Friday morning of emerging Spring, I can only smile in appreciation and write this words of gratitude for gifting me a rare experience of poetic words, reflecting my reality\'s scenes - simultaneously..
thank you for sharing dear poet!
