Your muse has been able to inspire you with many a fine poem. However sometimes the words do dry out. It happens to most writers, you arenโ€™t alone there. What I can say is, the muse will return when she is ready. Have a good rest of day. I enjoyed this poem very much. It is relatable.

The imagery is akin to painting on film. Evocative.

If no inspiration you could write poems sub-titled \'A Load of Rubbish\' as I do - maybe in an occasional series. lol. I\'ve done mad musings today.

There are times when a change of scene, a different point of view or an altering of pace allows more wiggle room in writing. A well deserved break also does wonders. We each find our own groove. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ•Š

I sense regret for past actions but also a feint glimmer of hope for the cobwebs. Time is such a thief. Beautiful poetry sorenbarrett.

This sounds like years wasted on a relationship that ends in ruin and all that time...wasted. A profoundly tragic poem that rings true for many, I would imagine. Well done, my friend. See you on the other side of my vacation!

Wow! All who lived very long at all, know that feeling of violation. That someone that something that was a bandit who stole from us. It was a heartfelt read. One that stirred feelings and memories. Thank you for sharing with us.

I know this will be wrong. This write gives me the feel of someone who has spent their entire life just thinking of themselves and taking whatever they wanted from a partner without giving anything in return. Now realises it is to late to put that write. Beauty pf poetry makes you think, a very enjoyable read and wonderful imagery, even if i am wrong.

Your first line has enough imagery for infinity for me, as you know I\'m married to a physics doctorate, so I\'m going to share this one and come back later, I\'ve been reading this all day kudos my friend I absolutely love every line. I want to see what he says and sees in this, and I\'ll let you know. ๐ŸŒน
