Great work here Bella. Iโ€™ve had many cats over the years, since I was a little kid. Iโ€™ve only had three black ones though. Midnight,Sindey and Jazz. No particular reason for only three, just worked out that way. If you look at a black cats face long enough it startโ€™s to look like a panther.๐Ÿ˜Š just imagine it much bigger๐Ÿ˜‚ cheers ๐Ÿฅ‚๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ•Š๐ŸŒž

Great write, Bella. Yes, this must be the cruellest disease ever, slowing stealing the life and memory, and knowing it\'s happening makes it worse.

I have a special affinity for nature and I think we underestimate animals as well. Our own biases preclude accepting them as equals. We do know birds do communicate and are very intelligent. A beautiful flow to the poem that emulates the song of a bird and the rhyme was soothing as well. Well done

I adore your steady and rhythmic rhyming patterns. It really suits the tone you\'re going for. I can imagine the birds passing by and singing a song of pure delight. Wonderfully executed!

Thanks Bella for a portrait which is true and to the point, encompassing as it does Both the mystification of the afflicted and the loss suffered by those close to what was someone they knew and loved.
Raises questions which can be very threatening also as we might query our own existence as an autonomous humanโ€ฆ..

Wonderfully metered and rhymed but more important the message was clearly stated in so many different ways. This truly was a grand poem and one that is so true. I loved it from beginning to end.

Dear Bella I loved this poem it holds a good deal of deeper meaning. We had a black cat that our dog loved so much that in licking him, the cat lost all the hair off his bottom half and had to move to our neighbors house to grow it back. I\'ve never known a bad black cat. The only mean cat I knew was all white.

Thanks for sharing this thoughtful poetry
Indeed no denial Alzheimer is truly scary
And painful for both the sufferer and their family
And thunderclaps and thousand words of thanks and appreciation for the noble service your delivering
We canโ€™t live the pains for others
But atleast we can do our best to reduce it
And I hope medical science soon finds a cure for it
Amen
