it sounds to me like they have too high expectations and have been working you too hard Missy .. and I can\'t see nuthin wrong in forgoing the diet for a year or two and enjoying oneself providing there aint no underlying conditions like having to do dubble shifts to cover sickness and any other absences without adequate recompense and time off in lieu .. Hell wot is Shrove Tuesday anyway without the odd dozen or two pancakes & a jug or so V8 juices between friends n family .. pass the pud would ya on the way out .. Neville
