FEMALE EQUALITY ~ An Acrostic Sonnet
FredPeyer said:

I like it that you address this problem, and even though it is better now than it was in the past, we are nowhere near where we should be as far as equality between the sexes is concerned. Am happy to say that at least in my marriage we were always equal.
Good one, Brian!

I\'m trying to decide if I could commit to a cat - he might eat all my wild birds. And a dog wants love all day long and what happens if I break its heart? Hmmmmmmmmmm

Thanks for this wonderful piece on womens rights. I also found your comments interesting. Though I think there are more male doctors in the US than females. Interesting and wonderful write! Sisterly hugs--Christina

A fine write Brian. Let\'s not start on St Paul and women! Yet I feel it\'s only a couple of misinterpreted Bible passages, when they were yelling out in church in early days!
He is for equality too, I feel.

Caro Amico BRIAN...
Un bel riassunto di
JOHNNY CASH!!
Thank you for this
great posting! He is
one of my favorites!
He had a hard life. One
of his great qualities...
HE CARED FOR THE
LESS FORTUNATE!!
He was electrifying
when he was on stage!
I had the pleasure of
attending two of his
performances! Very gracious toward his fans and followers! Approachable and humble!
GRAZIE MILLE!
Un Abbraccio e Baci...

A fine write Brian. I understand wearing black, though I never do (well, black trousers!). It makes me feel as if I\'m going to a funeral.
Billy Graham still here? If so, he will be 100 this year!

MAN IN BLACK ~ JOHNNY CASH
Goldfinch60 said:

Johnny Cash is one of my heroes, I have all his published albums and have read his biography. The one thing that many do not realise is that the only time he was in prison was when he entertained the inmates. He spent one night in jail when he was accused of smuggling heroin fro Mexico but that charge was false. He did not do hard drugs but did use a vast quantity of \'uppers\' and \' downers\' . No matter how bad his life was the one thing that he never forgot was his belief in the Lord.
The love of his life June Carter died in May 2003 after beingmarried to Johnny Cash for 35 years, Johnny died 4 months later, I would think he died of a broken heart. He is now back with June.

Thanks for this moon poem, Brian. What I expected to see when I got up that night at 3am, was a Super Blue Blood Moon (trifecta). All I saw was lit up clouds. Ah, well, have to wait another 150 years for the next one I guess! :-)
