I do not have words. I am so disappointed but appreciate you telling us what you are going through. Please try to stay focused on writing and try not to dwell on the bad news. There has to be some good news in there, somewhere I hope.

I am so sorry about the bad news, Augustus. You are on my mind. You did write a wonderful poem through your depression. I\'m glad you had an \"abundance of love\" come to your aide. In my prayers--Christina

Thank you so much. I have been very depressed and unable to function. I am doing a bit better. I am having difficulty thinking about anything other than morbid themes. Weird how something can just take over your mind.

i agree 100% that more time should be spend on things like poetry that better yourself, instead of things of unnecessary pleasure. I love your word play on this write, so elegant and modern.

Wow basking and writing poetry, what a great two in one combination. I admire your rhyming word choice lots too. I like the word awash, very poetic that. Kudos.

Even when watching TV I have to be doing something. Usually either Sudoku or listening out for word associations which I quickly scribble down - I have lists of them and when writing a poem I refer to them to see if I can weave any of them in - if not wait until the next one. Don\'t do Facebook - but anyway I love this - it\'s a little special.

I agree, better than TV and any other entertainment. Poetry is the heart and soul bare open, for the world to read. I enjoyed your poem and I appreciate your writing.

I agree with WBL---being creative is more rewarding than vegging out in front of the TV. I don\'t even remember the last time I checked Facebook! You really have a beauty of a poem here Augustus!
