We could be there for ever, re-writing, if we spend too long on a poem! A fine write WBL.

Good write, we recycle religiously but I ensure that the wine bottles are empty before throwing them away.

For some unknown reason the southern states(stupidity perhaps) the streets seem to,be the place to throw out your cigarette butts and beer bottles and fast food containers. I like Colorado where it is pristine. Kudos

Here in the UK we now have to pay for plastic bags which used to be given away free by the supermarkets. The idea being to reduce plastic waste but strangely the sale of plastic bin liners has since soared. Its an odd world. Who are these people who leave litter in our streets and countryside? I never seem to see them - just the results of their total lack of consideration.

Great poem WBL
We in the U.K. Are
Having a bit of a
Problem with fly
Tippers. They just
Dump rubbish in
Lanes and fields
It\'s something I
Absolutely hate..

Oh it is not so in my home . The roadside trashed is the norm . The filth that litters our roadside ways rivals the worst internet sites pedaling porn . Blown tires , beer bottles , yesterday\'s news . It\'s enough to give me blues . Catch the fiends who dumped their fridge and take away all of their priviledge .

Leftovers

Good write. In our house we are a great believer in not throwing any food away so the leftovers can create some wonderful dishes.

Ooh yes, nice! Check food not gone off though. Doh! I had rather an insulting \'leaving-do\'. A \'party for one\' (me) of roast beef sandwiches. Really tough and horrid. Yuk! I might as well have been some dog, eating scraps!

Absolutely and in our house there is no such thing as waste food - my wife who is from the far east can turn anything into a nutritious and tasty meal.

Yes it is quite disconcerting . If you notice at all it\'s a problem . And it\'s their\'s until they start spraying food on me like I was a weed . Then it\'s way beyond my time to leave .

Spot on - even worse are people who talk with a mouthful. But as I said in an earlier posting so few people these days are taught table manners and that\'s even before we get on to the subject of etiquette.

Imagine walking from the parking lot to your office and the track is several hundred yards away when the horn blast blows from one of these beasts; and the sound bounces off the building back into your nearly bleeding eardrums...you quicken your step to get inside!
