I was moved by your writing and comments.

I’ve battled anxiety for many years and finally have found some relief. Writing is one of several things that helps me. Anxiety can be very crippling. I never believed that my anxiety could become manageable and even completely absent sometimes, but it has.

Thank you for sharing through writing. I wish success in dealing with anxiety in your life. I hope you have peace in your heart and mind.

Kindest Regards

The answer can be in writing, you can lose yourself in the realm of words where other problems flow away.

Quite honestly, I have stomach churning if I may go to a \'happy clappy\' church. I\'m afraid, for example, some may start dancing, and I will feel left out and embarrassed for not dancing.
We don\'t have to dance though. But I like other elements of that type of worship, etc.

I wish the only thing that haunted you was my singing! (heehee).
Is the anxiety lessened if you keep busy and occupied? But not to have a frenzy of activity either, in \'covering up\' the anxiety.

Good Morning ~ Sister Christine thanks for a very poignant poem and sharing some of your anxieties with your MPS Friends. My advice has always been Spiritual ~ Pray ~ Count Your Blessings and I am praying for you 24/7. I am pleased you can trust us Chris and feel free to share your anxieties ~ Read Psalm 23 ~ I am sure it will help @ this time and ask your Church group to pray for you. We have a Prayer Chain in our Church and it really does work. Always remember that \"Underneath You and Round About You ~ are the Precious Arms of JESUS ~ AMEN !\" Spiritual HUGS ~ TUS HERMANOS BRIAN & ANGELA @@@@@@@

I have similar, though lesser, experiences of this. Maybe if we can pinpoint just what it is that is causing us to be anxious. It may not the be immediate thing. It may be something future, or even past.
Meanwhile - Ohh I tried holding my breath 24 hours one day. Erm, I did not feel very well for it! Heehee.

This is a great write Ms Christina. Heartfelt and definitely pulls at the heartstrings. Keep writing, it\'s a great release. (Trust me, I know. As most of us probably do, as writers tend to feel things deeply). Have you read Ms Lorna\'s work today? Perfect advise from a wise lady.
