Cos he was a GARDENER
He should have known

Love the verse and sculpture Michael. I\'d take the wood version over the bronze and not because it was less $$. I believe it to be worth more as the original piece.

A fine write and pic Michael. Or in one case, in no poetic form:
A shower of incense at church
Covered us in a cloud
Couldn\'t see a thing
Brought on an asthma attack
For some poor soul
Sitting too near the front
And got the full blast of the incense!

Michael,
I love that sculpture and the write! I thought of three of my own. I hope they can keep yours company!

THANKS MICHAEL ~ nice poem ~ nice structure (flexible ?) ~ nice subject ~ RESTITUTION ! I love \"rhyming couplets\" because I\'m a PP (Performance Poet) and I used them in my DODECET (6 RC\'s mainly in iambic pentameter) Syllabi rule OK ~ Many of our MPS Family find Syllable counts in poems difficult and I do get sent some otherwise excellent poems to syllabise ! THE CON-VERSE structure has both a syllabus pattern and a rhyme pattern ~ which in my \"classical book\" makes it a PROPER POEM ~ OK !
Thanks for educating ~ Yours BRIAN \"A Form poet !\"

Just caught up with this deep and meaningful write Micheal - sorry hear about you and yours being rained on so much during your break - Norfolk can be beautiful when the sun favours the days - -still you were all together as a happy family and celebrating a special birthday with moments to treasure no doubt - good to have your work back again with this piece which shows such wise perception of time\'s gift to family elders. Great read.
