Michael,
I hope she’ll soon loosen and
remove that cap to pen her secret
that enraged her so!

Beautiful painting to illustrate
your well written poem !

Beautiful write, that ink well cap couldn\'t have been that tight as the ink produced these great words.

Great painting to illustrate your poem!
I’ve had a few fallow periods in my lifetime.
My favorite line from your poem
to have experienced...

“Laid bare and plucked of all but bone...”

\"With futures curtain still undrawn\"... some beautiful thoughts well expressed in this one, Michael! Kudos on a fine one. And I find the picture quite \'satisfying\'.

A pixillated offering if ever I saw one dear Michael and such patience in brushwork to get that result. A gorgeous picture and couplets to ponder for the weekend. The second one raised a relating smile for I do the same.

A fine couple and pic Michael. It\'s like one of those \'hidden pics\' where you can find a face in it, or a number, as in those colour-blind tests.

The second one is so true Michael, I can really relate to that one.

I do like the painting, so many different forms can be seen in it and they change all the time, it could require a lifetime of studying and even then not all would be seen.

THE MARTYRS CROWN
BRIAN & ANGELA said:

Thanks Michael ~ Lovely Painting and a nostalgic Poem. Historically I love the 1930\'s and your Poem reminded me of the tragic love~struck figure of KING EDWARD VIII ~ However I think the Country got a much better deal with King George VI & Queen Elizabeth which also gave us Queen Elizabeth II . Thanks for sharing ~ BRIAN

A great beginning to what could be a greater poem. We want to know what happens next? It seems the structure lends itself to a one-sentence format quite nicely. So, now we have two in contrast, and that\'s what peaks the interest and leaves us wanting more. It\'s almost as though you asked an unanswered question. Lovely bit of intrigue brought out to leave us pondering, \"Where does she go next?\" Loved it. More, please? - Phil A.
