I\'m in awe of what an artist can evoke with so few lines! The minimalistic drawing is stunning and provocative, Michael. A well written poem as well. Kudos!

I could hear after reading that sigh of a mermaid from here in deepest west Cornwall dear Michael -- - -- and that mind-boggling line drawing is simply fan-blinkin\'-tastic .

Love the drawing, very exquisite, minimalist, but leaving a lot to the imagination by not showing a face. (She is a redhead, about 25 years old, extremely good looking!)
Ah, so sorry, am supposed to say something about the poem, but your drawing took my breath away.
Let\'s just say that this is the most beautiful sigh I ever read!

Brilliant form and given a painted location it sings its own invite as I pop this little gem into my favourites - well done again Michael.

A fine write and pic M. I will go and sign there with them then. It looks remote enough, so no one else will hear me singing.
Ahh, a nook\'s all right, as long it\'s not nookie - I would swoon! lol. Remember that monstrous Nookie Bear?! Would scare off any child.

Good Michael Morning ! Thanks for Crudy and the Pen & Ink study. Time has always fascinated me as a runner (a three hour Marathon is still my aim !) and as a Scientist \"Times\" relating to the Universe ~ Light years etc. I wanted to give a talk on the USA (50 States in 50 minutes) BUT the minimum time it took was 360 minutes ~ so I plumbed for KENTUCKY and call my talk \"What a State to be in\" It really is a crazy State and a TIME ZONE goes bang through the middle ! So on one side of the street you are a whole hour different ~ early or late ~ awesome ~ I also love GATES & DOORS ~ great visually and great subjects for Odd Odes. Thanks for stimulating ~ Brian 10:33 am (I\'m on my first Coffee Break Teaching again @ 11 am) Please send someone Flowers using my Flower Fusion ~ Thanks B.

This is simply great! Brought to mind \"Hawaiian Time\" which is always 30 minutes late!
So let me think, if I am too early to be late and too late to be early...I must be right on time!

\"Her Tainted Heart\" title sent me looking for guilt on her part. Overly suspicious I suppose. Loved the poem throughout, each stanza drawing a picture of love lost and a heart \"tainted.\" Phil A.
P.S. On the art- would like to have seen it completely colorized. Somehow it seems unfinished. Beautiful in its own right, though.
