Inside the Sky, it\'s a very big sky. I always find as a woman any good man really does put it all on his shoulders and carries it regardless of any obstacles, I see the behind the scenes here and it\'s fabulous, fabulous in the fact that you have made it come alive with all its tragedy and with so much dignity. Now I know you have a very very kind heart and I also know that your an artist of great talent. As a woman I appreciate what a great man goes through, I see it every day but not all women can see it, and you have just shown the world. 💜

We all should all feel we can cry .. without that feeling of ‘ we can’t ‘ or being worried about upsetting others , or feeling embarrassed .
‘ Sometimes ‘ others can make us feel bad for letting our emotions out ..
A good writing )

Intricate rhyme woven in a persistently formed gender specific cultural training of male toughness and emotionlessness image that persists despite knowledge to its contrary. How persistent is the effects of cultural expectation and past learning. How we are stuck in the cement of our past learning and culture. Even the roots of knowledge have a hard time breaking cracks in this pavement. Very nice a fave

We live in a greedy species, in a greedy world, under a greedy system. Greed is preached as desired (He who dies with the most toys wins) A strong poem Tristan.

A magnificent song here dear Tristan,
In the land of the free
There’s always a cost,
But the cycle can end
Before you’re too lost.
Just open your eyes,
It’s not too late to see.
You gotta stand up and fight.
If you’re gonna…be free
I could say I could hear Bob Marley singing this
A piece of art with is timeless sad but so true. If you celebrate independence I wish you a fabulous day dear friend. 🌹

The Cycle of a Dark Seed
arqios said:
This poem strikes like a tempest, capturing the raw, untamed turbulence of a young mind wrestling with profound darkness and emotion. Its vivid, visceral imagery reveals a struggle against inner shadows and a desperate search for control or release. Beneath the storm lies a haunting vulnerability; a voice grappling with despair, yet also reaching for acknowledgment and catharsis. This piece is a testament to the depths of human thought, where chaos and creativity intertwine, forging powerful and evocative expressions.

The energy is fearce it\'s a very very dark piece, brilliant, to say you wrote it as a young lad, I study the minds of young people and this says you had much talent, where that came from then, well you know, where you are today is a lesson to us all. 🌹 Born to write.

If hunger and famine was not such a serious theme, that guy looks a bit under-fed there. Doh!
And then I make some weird comment - \'Oooh, not today, thank you; don\'t fancy the theme of that poem! lol.

The anger of youth in this poem as well as violence. Even in metaphor it expounds force and the vigor of youth. Energetic and passionate it cries out.

Quoth the Girrabbit,\"Wouldn\'t you like to know?!--\" who doesn\'t know shall apparently remain blind until...eternity? The driving cause behind our varied languages and disparity hasn\'t ceased to exist, but morphed throughout the millennia, so far as I know. Charmingly rendered little riddle with grand imagery and a deeply haunting poignancy. Thank you for sharing.

They are long gone and the majesty of mighty Babylon lies buried soon to be a myth of culture beyond its time turned to sin by modern believers. A wonderful poem full of metaphor that might take pages to interpret. Nicely worded Tristan

Simply too good. The last line, in its simplicity worked in a strange way. It is a firm commitment to peace which emerged with a gravity of declaration of war against forces which were hell bent to subvert peace. I am not sure if I could explain myself. But what I wanted say was that your poem worked.
