Very good write Andy - I hope that the seeds I have just sown burst forth into beautiful flowers - but it\'s a bit too cold at the moment for quick germination!

Good write Gold.
It\'s very spiritual too: \'Unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone: but if it die, it brings forth much fruit\' (John 12 v.24).

It\'s obvious to me Andy, that your whole problem is embodied in the line \'Driving in unity with the road\'. Your blind faith in the bitumen is what lead you astray. You are a poet - let the power of your poetry allow you to abandon your attachment and raise yourself above all such petty restrictions....or something.

The same assembly hits these parts too - traffic is held in their grip as holes are dug here and there..... hope your journey went better when heading home Andy.

ah, dear poet
demonstrating the gateway to that \'woosah\' mindset, writing can represent
indeed, let it all out..
still, kinda crazy how obstacles will present themselves in the most random of situations,
guess that\'s why all those \'great thinkers\' try to convince people they can only control their reaction\'s to existence,
seldom can we enact the exact actions we want, without slight hiccups awaiting in our path..
I\'m sorry but I found this a rather humorous read, Andy
though mainly because as a Londoner, I relate to your frustration so much I think,
its the case of either laugh or cry, at this point.. lol

\'ach\' Bach: even, lol
that one man symbol of unrequited love, well at least in the romantic sense anyway..
a life that transcends: legend
and music, gliding effortlessly
beyond boundaries of Time and taste..

I opened a door in 1066, though it seemed as if it was slammed in my face. \'It\'s not my fault!\' Well, it was, cos I turned up that day..

I read your piece and decided to then play the video and listen.

My mind was taken to a place familiar to you but possibly from the other side (the north side) of the avon. As i walked from the old bridge the wonders of springtime filled the air. Wildfowl arising into air rich with the freshly mown grass aroma promising a warm joyous summer. Families gathering to enjoy the expanse of green, picnicking, playing, frolicking, dog walking, resting, enjoying.

What a refreshing, unhurried and restful pastime with Bach in the verdant English springtime of my minds eye.
Thank you.
