Dream to Where.
dusk arising said:

A mystical dream indeed. So frustrating too as on awakening the shape of our brain waves literally change and the mystical world of dreamland fades.

Subconsciously, for obvious reason, you romance with thoughts of passing from this life i guess. So a dream will reflect some of this.

Many a thing is written of such matters but we shall know the truth by experience only.

Your faith is strong and you are humble, maybe there is a given purpose for us all and yours is being slowly revealed to you.

Good write Gold.
Some bad dreams use up energy, I find - mental energy?
You going up a tower or something? Or stepping into..... don\'t know what?
I had not a dream exactly, but woke up and could smell flowers as if in a meadow.

Back to the Seventies.

Blimey, look at you back then. During the 70\'s i was in several bands/groups and looking back on the stuff i wore on stage is making me smile. Perhaps my hey-day was early 70\'s when i fronted a soul band wearing a n-gg-r brown pinstripe 3 piece suit which made me feel quite the \'dogs b-ll-cks\'.
There were \'loon pants\' budgie jackets, ox-blood zip-up boots and later that same era came those stacked soles and baggy trousers. Thank goodness we were youngsters. I have no idea what is fashionable now but an awful lot of people do just seem to look a mess.
My current look is shaven head and a goatee beard which i am allowing to grow as long as it will throughout this isolation period.

Thanks for giving me a good humourous read and taking me back to those formative years. Stay safe.

ANGELA HERE - Good Evening Uncle Andy - Weve been out with our Tambourines - Making a joyful noise for thr NHS and getting to know our New Neighbours who are all Good People. Rather than being divisive CORVID 19 is bringing people together - well within six feet. We ar all pleased BORIS is out of ICU and will soon be back @ the HELM. We like the New Labour Leader ! JC was too far left for the 21st Century ! Loved the video and the pathos in the Song *UNA FURTIVA LAGRIMA*

A secret tear - From her eye did spring
And she somehow - seemed to envy
Those carefre Country Girls
But why should I go on looking
She loves Me - YES - she loves Me
M*AMA - SI - M*AMA

The Italian is so so beautiful & so similar to SPANISH !
Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

There are such wonderful people in this world who come into their own in a crisis. In our village a small group (growing in number by the day) has come to the assistance of those considered vulnerable and that includes me in my late 70s - they are arranging to deliver food parcels (we have one due today) collect meds and anything else that is required.

This is so true. I don\'t have much social contact, i don\'t seem to need it, but there are some folk who are as close to me as they could ever be from the moment we begin talking even though we may not have conversed in months/years. I suppose that\'s what we call rapport.

BRIAN HERE ~ Thanks for sharing UNCLE ANDY ~ We love JLs *IMAGINE* a very haunting Tune & Lyric ~ aptly suited to the essence of your Poem. So many scenarios will spark memories of your wonderful years with your Beloved Joyce. It makes newlyweds like Angela & I ~ thankful for each moment we have together *Hand in Hand*. Im very proud of Angela working at the hospital @ this dreadful time. She is on Orthopedic & Physio but comes home each day ~ drained by the 24/7 danger her Colleagues in COVID 19 ICU are facing. She cries for them & their patients ~ when she comes home each evening. We have faith *That it too will PASS*.
