Wishing for More.
dusk arising said:

Wishing for more is a part of what keeps us going, a part of our humanity..... like my poem questioning what are dreams for.... i guess theyre a part of what makes us realise we have wants, needs and desires..... the magic force which drives us forward. If we stop dreaming or wishing... well everything else will stop for us too.... so get on with it... buzzard.

Good write Gold.
Some churches may seek \'more\'. But in some places we may feel left behind - a clique group seems to have more, but leaves the other people out.

A very deep thought; Life\'s reflection as the final reward. You have expressed it here colorfully. A brilliant piece. Loved it. - Phuil A.

ANGELA HERE - Thanks Uncle Andy - We love Dean Martin - Great voice and a great interpreter of a SONG. Only Dean can sing this one ! Cliff Richard wouldnt touch it even though he owns vinyards in Portugal ! PAPA is pleased the Wine sales in the UK are up by 35% ! However Deans Ditty is a warning for all Lockdowners (M & F) not to overindulge on the Vino especially in the current UK hearwave ! I would have thought Chiropodists - Opticians - Beauticians - Dentists & Hairdressers - provided they wear face masks - should have been classed as Essential Workers jusr like Off-licences are. The little pleasures of life. Brian & I have a Lady (who has done My Hair for Years) who visits once a Fortnight to do our Hair (peripetetic) on a Thurday Evening ! She still comes provided we both have a shower first and we all wear masks. I have a Friend who makes Masks (10 for Β£10 = $13) so we are not depriving the NHS ! I presume you visited the Village Barber (short back & sider for a fiver) and a chance to put the World to rights. In the USA in some States - Barbers Shops (& Quartets have reopened). The Pres has his own Full-time Barnet Engineer ! You*ll morph into a 60s Teddy Boy with a Tony Curtiss & DA ! Thanks for scaring !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

Can imagine the almost daily changes in growing hair and the masculine wariness of cutting it back - it may not be too long before barbers are open again Andy my friend.

to us with so many natural gifts of joy. Sadly I will not be out there enjoying most of them this year thanks to our gift from China.

Will \'Made in China\' translate as \'put me back on the shelf and buy something else\' in the near future?

IF MUSIC BE THE FOOD OF LOVE - PLAY ON !

ANGELA HERE - Good Sabbath Uncle Andy - Im off till Monday it feels like Heaven compared to the HOSPITAL with more people (especially 70+) dying of COVID 19 each day. It seems a sad way to go especially after a full & useful life.
Music is a great LACRYMATOR and Brian & I find this - especially when we do Jim Reeves Concerts for Seniors. They of often say *A Good Crydown memory lane - releases the tensions of Life !* Ask Alexa for Jim Reeves (250 tracks) and it plays all day !
Being half-Spanish I agree with you about ANDREA MOTIS (25 in May) a unique Voice and a unique touch on Sax & Trumpet. She cut her first Album @ 15. Spain is very proud of Her - thanks for highlighting - AMEN ! Hope you are coping in LOCKDOWN. Please check our Poems about WORDS - Thanks. πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours
