The way we can make these trying times better, is by easing the pain of those a little less fortunate, for as you said, there WILL be better days soon.

Andy, that photo and your lovely poem made me think back to my wedding day. Love that poem! You inspired me to maybe one day write a love poem to my wife and post it with a wedding picture.

I can understand why that photo is important to you, Andy. It is sometimes hard to understand how things change. In that picture you look so permanently settled in an era I know so well. In future I won\'t visualise you in any other way.
Thanks for sharing it with me (us).

Bless your ears and bless Orchi too for though i may attack his postings occasionally, he is blessed with the wit to respond without taking that high and mighty \'how dare you stance\' and has my respect, as do you.
Dizzy\'s horn is as good a horn to listen to as anyones and hails from the great 50\'s era of jazz\'s hey-day. No doubt you\'re aware too of Wynton marsallis who has moved the trumpet thru it\'s latest journey to our ears.
Yes, many greats along the way, your fav chet and miles to mention but two names who cannot be overlooked.

kinda crazy Andy, I think music via its combination of \'notes\' and \'words\' directly accesses aspects of our subconscious we can\'t pinpoint, same goes for those absurd chorus\' and \'sampled\' rhythms or beats, that get stuck in our head(s) for days, even though we can\'t recollect what song they belong to

Have you had your jab yet? We chased it up (it appears we had been missed) and now have two appointments each for the first jab - one local and an earlier one some distance away. Now it\'s decision time.

Lyrics from \"where does the time go\"
If i could have a pound for every moment i\'ve spent worrying
And other little things in life that frankly theres no hurrying
Then I would be a rich man and i wanna be a rich man soon
But going at this rate I think that i might just wait
Till theres life on the moon
(tell me) Where does the time go
I rekkon the UFOs we hear about are visitors from our future (where obviously they have invented time travel) and they are here to put right things which would have prevented their existence.... though why they missed this bloody pandemic does make me wonder.
A fantasy... yes indeed.... got a better one? (keep it clean)

makes students of life, want to look-up the meaning behind \'no mind, no matter\'
all the way back to Kant and much, much further...
