People should also note that AIR is a MIXTURE (of gases) and not a COMPOUND ! We live in increasingly sloppy days where nothing is sacred ! I used to work for Chemical Abstracts and being an ORGANIC CHEMIST I gloried in the preciseness and exactness of ORGANIC NOMENCLATURE an exact way of precisely and perfectly maning more than six million componds all containing carbon !
