Good one orchi
It’s a pleasant read
So much I learn from your spiritual thoughts
Yet irony so well developed in those lines

Patronising crap. Go worship a god who creates babies with so called \"learning difficulties\" (a farcical PC term if ever there was one) if only to show what great big holes you are prepared to accept in your omnipotent god.

Worship Worthies
dusk arising said:
Yes, worship his creation of cruelly malformed babies, worship for the weather which kills thousands. Worship for the creation of insects which lay their eggs inside another living insect which will be eaten from the inside whilst alive.... what excuses can you find in christiuanity for any of that.
Wake up and smell the coffee. Why have so many intelligent people seen christianity for the farse that it is.

A harsh reality weaves in your poetry
It sounds satire
But irony lies to preach, money needs to be stashed
Since when faith required green papers ?

Walk away, mate - walk away. Start your own church. Probably a bit late, but imagine if you were young - do the strange hairstyle bit, demand complete adherence and obedience, and all their dosh.
Plus the bonus: dispense \'blessings\' all the young female congregants that took your fancy. See - there is a heaven.....

Sympathy (to a degree) with the local ministers/vicars for they do the duty of their regional bosses the bishops I guess. You know the ones who count the money pretending the established churches are poor...... you know my feelings only too well about the wealth of the churches (eye of a needle etc) and their plea of poverty.

Such true words Orchi, the churches have a great deal of money. The roman catholic church is the richest organisation in the world but when Notre Dame was damaged they called for others to pay for it!!
