Your poem is beautiful to read Shannon and I can feel the heartache, uncertainty and pain in your words. Am not sure if you are writing from your own personal experience, or of another.. but the words and feelings behind them here, are magic. Hope you\'re ok!

That terrible feeling is betrayal indeed. Why don\'t people wak away before they fall into the arms of another rather than torment their belittled partner. The torment screams from your writing here. Excellent emotive work.

Sad and beautifuly done. I agree with Diamond. From the pain comes the joy after it subsides.

So well written, and so powerfully emotional. While I am one of the lucky ones, through your incredible poem I can feel the loneliness, the rejection and hurt.
\'The one he brings harmony and peace\' but to you he brings pain and sorrow.
Great poem, Shannon!

It is such a torment after the one you used to love and still love (maybe) turn away. The ache, the emptiness, the wonder get you choked. Time, let time heal the wounds.
The feeling is sad, the writing is beautiful.

Shannon, you scared the you know what out of me! For your sake I hope this comes from your imagination and is not an actual description of yourself.
As a poem though, it is really well written. Draws you in and doesn\'t let you go. Strong writing!

Great bit of writing, sweetheart. Telling, too, when you look at the last lines.

Nothing more\"

To feel these things is one thing, butt to put pen to paper and share it is another. Thanks for sharing that and keep writing, I agree the last lines flow really well and are really strong.

I love LADIES Shannon ~ because often all they need is to be adored and flattered for how they look an act ~ not just because of the favours they can bestow ! So I am always nice to ladies and always treat them with TLC because \"They are worth it !\" For the record \"I adore you Shannon !\" Love BRIAN XX

Thanks SHANNON ~ This is beautifully penned Poem but filled with such PATHOS. Several people in my extended Family ~ and Friends ~ have suffered such loss and it is a pain and a loss they carry with them the whole of their lives ! Today the Parents are encourged to have a service and a burial to give the stillborn baby dignity. Thanks for sharing and caring ~ Yours BRIAN XX

A very sad poem indeed Shannon, but one which fills the heart with emotion and the mind with the beautiful thoughts you expressed. Even though, as you say, it was not your experience, you showed, in your words, what was in your heart. Thank you.

I have to agree. Powerful. Heart breaking, thought provoking, all around emotional. I think about my babies everyday, cry most days when I don\'t see them. You\'re very lovely and your words express the love you possess.
