Makes me wonder if it is a real story, but I see it as real.
Maybe it is in a way because how could you be able to say all of that if it\'s not real?

I found these words quite by accident while mooching around here this evening.. I am glad I stumbled upon them in such a way... to be honest, the more I read, the more impressed I was with them.. I found them emotionally charged but blunted, if that makes any sense... you tell a story that had a reality to it that made me draw breath sharply through clenched teeth and quite a few times... I dont know whether the details are autobiographical or fiction.. at the end of the day, it does not really matter, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit... Neville

This is really quite special, at least in my book it is.. original and well worth re-visiting again, when I am sure it will have the same impact upon my poetic receptors.... Neville

I can\'t even explain how many fights I\'ve gotten into over gun control. Even my own mother disagrees with how I think things should be fixed. Exactly, we don\'t want them ripped away from people, if you wish to own one, then fine. Own it to protect your family from real dangers. Armed robbers or things of that nature. Or if you\'re a hunter out during hunting season getting your deer for the year. Fine, you do you. But I see no reason why regular civilians need such dangerous weapons in their possession! And the process of accepting or denying someone a weapon is too short! There needs to be a stronger background check, a mental check, a waiting period! If you can\'t wait a week for your background checks to come through, then you don\'t really need the gun! This violence is getting crazy lately. It\'s only gotten worse within the past two years. (And I\'m not blaming it on the current politics, but I\'m also not saying the current politics are helping). People are losing their minds, especially here in the states!

Well said. Just because you can doesn\'t mean you should. With each incident we here in Australia respect our gun laws more. The needless loss is so sad.

Fun writing. I believe everyone should write like this about their lovers. In years to come you can look at the stuff you wrote and those memories will come back fresh instead of just letting the years fade them away.
Please comment on my poem today.

we are all just emotion and expression our bodies arent who we are its our minds and we express that through the body it is but a tool for us to express
Im too ill informed to be completely for or against transgender but i believe nobody has a right to tell another how to live sadly our society has become one of blind opinions hopefully one day all this will be a bad dream and we can all live as we please without being judged

sad thing when we have to \'\' rely \'\' on \'\' medication \'\' . you speak some very true words... medication does not \'\' fix\'\' that which is wrong in our minds, it helps us to feel a bit better and to maybe feel more able to cope, if only we could take the meds for a little bit and then our illness ceases to exist.

i can read your frustration at having to take \'\' pills \'\'\' and having to deal with a mental illness which never goes away .

its strange , some people have no understanding at all about \'\' mental illness\'\' responses like get out in the sun and you will feel a lot better , nature is the cure.. unfortunately some people do not understand.

you expressed yourself in a good way

I don\'t know how the hell you managed to capture the very feeling of nostalgia but you did it, lovely, with a flourish. Your poems are becoming a favourite of mine. Sorry to be relentlessly stalking your poems but their tone feels familiar even though I\'ve never seen it before and the skill it takes to do that is incredible.

Beautiful imagery. There is a book by Clarice Lispector called Água Viva spilling over the go in with incredible imagery (just a reccommendation) and your poem reminds me of one of my favourite lines in there:

\"I want a cloak woven from threads of solar gold... I open the black umbrella and throw myself into a feast of dancing where stars sparkle\"

And reading your poems make me feel the same way as I felt reading these quotes. You have a natural gift for it.
