Agree with Neville - tis odd indeed

So true d a, as you know I was a christian, I was even a Chaplain and led services but that all changed and a weight was lifted from me. Those dual standards are there all the time, the only belief that is important is your own that is within you, as mine now is. Cbristianity is a farce!

Thanks Dusk Arising,

A good write and thought provoking poem.

Well, Corvid 19 is certainly challenging people of faith around the world.

May God bless you and keep you safe through this pandemic.

starkly surreal mid
such emptiness and beauty..

Wow what a descriptive piece of work on this lockdown where streets become ghost towns of emptiness........ so atmospheric and goes to my favourites.

GOOD MORNING DA ~ A very apt description of the lonliness of those Shutin at this depressing time. Im off work but being under 70 I am involved in providing some over 70s with needed food etc but the town is eerily empty. This is even more poignant considering the good weather we are experiencing. Loved the visual ~ Empty Chairs ~ Loved the Video mournful ~ but very apt.

Yours BRIAN.

Well observed DA. Where I live you don\'t see too many people at any time but I can imagine that it is extraordinary for those who live in towns. I notice the reduction in traffic though when I drive anywhere (not very often now ~ shopping once per week).
Well done,
Kind regards, Alan

Wonderful write, the streets are so quiet and peopleless (sic) as is the park where I walk with My River.

Aah, Weather Report.

A true write dusk, and we wait, and work towards, more glimmers of light through the valley. I prefer to call it that, rather than a tunnel.

HI DA ~ BRIAN HERE ~ Thanks for a very apt & moving presentation. Love the visual .very dramatic & the video ~ haunting ! Your poem expresses how we all feel at this very depressing time. Places - Faces - Memories & Grief through our Lockdown & Isolation. The Medics are HEROES beyond adulation ! Angela works at the Hospital (Orhopedic & Physio) but comes home each evening haunted by what they are facing 24/7 on ICU ~ When will it ever end ? Thanks for caring.

Blessings & Peace & Joy to You & Yours
Love BRIAN & ANGELA 🧡🤍💙🤍🧡

So meaningful your words at this time of troubles not seen before and heartfelt the reference you make to the heroes we may never meet but who will live in our memory. Putting this your emotive tribute into my favourites D.A.
