Wonderful write SC those times are so precious. When my son was a babe we had that fun all day, he never stopped but as soon as his head hit the pillow he went straight to sleep and even now forty plus years later he still does the same.

Quite beautiful saxon. Gone out of my life are those times and i thank you for your words today which brought the feelings back to me.
Now I have two granddaughters and don\'t have a hope of sharing their magic moments, for the one who was once the babe i put to bed is their dad and he gets those moments.

A picture of loving care filled with scenes I remember when mine was small -- those bedtimes were the highlight of every day - books and snuggles - great read.

Here follows the defining story of Goldfinches BUMbunkle:-
Whilst lancing a nasty carbunkle
Which appeared on the arse of my uncle
I couldn\'t believe my eyes
Such a nasty surprise
Twas the bite of that horrid Umbunkle
Hey great story there Mr Sax.... will you be reading it to the grandchildren at bedtime tonite? Let me return the compliment, when you mentioned shakespear to me recently, i think it more appropriate to compare your creative skill here with the brothers Grimm.
