\"betrothed to grief\" is such a powerful line.
Like that was such a clever way to describe it, and it can truly feel at our lowest times that we are bound to grief.
I\'d like to note the title of the poem as well, \"Luxury,\" as it kind of sets a juxtaposition to the topic at hand.
Perhaps it serves as a critique to the way that opulent living can often lead to depression.
Reminds me of the adage, \"You can\'t buy happiness.\"

I feel every season brings its own adversities and sometimes fall is the season that reflects us humans the most. We\'ll all eventually fade and spiral to the ground like a dry leaf. Oftentimes our society can play a strong influence in our lives, for the good or bad.
