Nothing like star gazing to connect us to our deepest emotions. An opportunity to lose ourselves in the quiet and kind night. Such beautiful expression dear Teddy. Love your posted image too.

Maybe don\'t come to the antipodes, Teddy - could be dangerous, You would sigh yourself into a million pieces..... or perhaps you would revel in the mystery and glory of it all....

The deep emotional aspect of your piece is not lost on me, by the way....

A strong voice for the light as opposed to the dark. Your conclusion is spot on.
As for me I\'m with you all the way. Give me hope, life and the light over despair, darkness, and death, anytime. Enjoyed this inspiring poem. - Phil A.

Powerful work. Yes, hope springs eternal and comes in the morning. I had many a hopeless night, thank God that is over. This spoke to me.

Most interesting as a concept and its wording enhances it. \" anything that wants to die is surely already dead\" Nicely done.

Such a strong write here Teddy. You can wallow in misery or do your best to catch the sunlight. I know what I prefer. The ravens I associate with the dark and bloody history of the Tower of London. Give me the light and the angels every day. Such a meaningful write with sage advice in it too. Have a beautiful Sunday dear Teddy. 🌹

Dear Teddy, there is humour in this poem of yours but I also detect a little something else too. I too experience those little slaps from time to time, so you aren’t alone. Your posted pic of Italy is gorgeous. Have a beautiful weekend.

Humor yes but only when I got to the end. No one should be slapped around physically of emotionally. But hand gestures can bring on the wrath of others. Gave me a smile Teddy thanks for that.

“If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,” Some of those slaps seem a bit close to me. But probably not as bad as love bites……. Which I’d never do as I’m a vegetarian……….. Teddy.

I think I’ve got a touch of the orchi’s coming on….. 😆

Here\'s a thought - If there\'s a chance at a second passing through life, would you take it? My thought is, No. Thank you, once was enough. Your poem will cause lots of folks to think on this same subject. It was brief but powerful. Much enjoyed by me. - Phil A.

Oh Teddy. Good morning to you. Your poem made me chuckle. Isn’t it amazing what tech can do? All that problem solving from the past and yet no help for some in the present 😀. There’s got to be a money spinning opportunity lol. Have a lovely day Teddy. 🌹

Now Teddy here is a thought that I think many have. Maybe the technology will be such that they will clone who they find and bring back to life the dead. But then I see a metaphor in this as well and we are all living fossils as well in a nonphysical sense. We all need to be found by others and ourselves. Enjoyed the read as always Teddy.

Head or heart, matters not, neither can live without the other. If one loves with the heart or the head is less important than the fact of love.
A lovely poem to start my reading today, also my favorite subject. it certainly stirs the imagination and causes one to ponder over heart or head. Loved it. - Phil A.

Good morning Teddy. You’d need a very focused and determined head to overrule the heart. It rarely happens. Heart chooses where love is concerned and wins doesn’t it? Regardless of the consequences. Have a beautiful day Teddy. 🌹

So sorry to hear about this Teddy, I do sincerely hope that you get better soon.
As for the MRI scan, I have had six of them when I had a problem many years ago. I had them on my head and did not find them that bad. One of the scans they could not transfer to the hospital where I was going to have my operation so they gave me a cd to take to the hospital when I next went there. When I got home I copied it so I can now prove to people that I have a brain!
Be brave, think of good things in your life as you have the scan and all will be well.
Thinking of you.
