Oohh I don\'t care that much if they are iambic (if I knew what it meant!) or penta-wotsit (pentameter). I can\'t tell much difference in poems after me sherries! heehee.

Oohh, we\'re overwhelmed - five in one day! heehee. I sort of take an \'easier\' option sometimes of 8.6.8.6. That\'s Common Metre for hymns - fits many tunes. Of course, I gotta come up with the words as well!

They read well Brian - I find that they can be quite demanding since you have to stick strictly to a structure even though they would work equally well if your ignore it - anyway all works well here.

A fine tribute, Briansodes! Funny, but I was a minority of one, I suppose, who was never impressed with his singing voice. Go figure!

I know how that is. My mom got a dog a couple years before I was born and she passed in recent years. And when my mom and stepdad divorced we had to leave the new dog with him. I really hope we get another dog soon.

I never cease to admire the way we humans can get so attached to a dog and a dog to us. Pity you can\'t say the same about cats . Good write B.
