Great write. I love cheese rather it is melted on pizza or baked potato or sliced and placed on a sandwich with a slice of tomato. May be cheese and crackers for a treat. No matter how you look at it, cheese is AWESOME!

This is a very good acrostic about a problem we face around the world. Like I said yesterday, in smaller cities, we tend to take care of our own, but in large metro areas its a huge problem. Need an address for benefits or to get a job! (that was brought up by someone else) But thanks for caring and sharing as you say! Hugs in the spirit--Christina

Live discussion you have stirred Brian. Like Edwards says, even in our time, the plight continues. Unemployed is a vivid reality to ponder and do something about it. Great write.

A bit of a social blot on our so-called democracies that this should still occur in the modern age but it does. Have a friend who runs pop-up food shelters so I know the problems these poor unfortunate people suffer.

I guess where I live in the US we take care of our own though of course there is the unemployment population on unemployment benefits. But there must be a population without children without an address that I have not seen in that cycle that mammyo3 talks about. Because we do have a homeless shelter. Very thought provoking write. I know in the big cities it\'s a tremendous problem! I have a relative that walk by the homeless just to get to his building. And I agree with WBL too. Solid write, Brian! Great job. Hugs in the spirit! Christina

Yes, 100% support. I agree that the feeling of failure and low-self esteem appear to grow in the unemployed. But, one must also be willing to take any job in the interim. At least, as mammyo3 says so well, they will be active and out there among people, and potentially meeting their next, new boss. Great points Brian!

without an address you can not get a job or benefits, without any money you can not have a roof over your head it is a horrid vicious cycle for people in that position. Best of luck in finding something, may consider doing a college course to help improve your chances, also being occupied during the day might help fulfill a spot, get you out meeting new people keeps your spirits up. very true verse :)

Awww this poem makes me sad as it\'s true.....he is president and I really hope he rethinks his mouth...words and actions. I don\'t want him to fail the people, there\'s no point in wanting him to fail. Here in Scotland we have our own issues but Trumps one of a kind
