Christina,
Thank you for sharing this write! I understand what you’re going through! I experience anxiety and panic attacks! I can deal with the anxiety attacks better than the panic attacks because at least in the anxiety attacks I know the stressor. Once I get rid of the stressor, the anxiety goes away! Whereas the panic attack is unpredictable and unprovoked! No fun , that’s for sure! I empathize with you! Take care!

Excellent write on a common fear of anxiety. The advantage is yours though because as you say in your poem, you\'re aware of all those things and you can place yourself in a more powerful position over the anxiety to conquer it. Victory is yours Christina.

I totally know what anxiety can do to our lives.
A lot of people say “just get it together “.
They have know idea how much I wish I could.
I liked your poem.

A fine write Christina. You may know: Fear = False Expectations Appearing Real. I think it\'s worse if we have free time to dwell on things in the near or distant future. Then (hopefully) the actual facing or doing of a thing, is not half as bad as we were worried it might be.
We can be all floaty and upset with \'what if\', \'may or not be\', etc, and would slowly go mad if we worried about EVERY thing!

GOOD MORNING ANGEL ~ The Title gave me some HOPE and the final stanza confirmed it ~ AMEN. We are all individuals and some are subject (more than others) to ANXIETY ! Your first three STANZAS describe it exactly as it is ~ I guess ! I love the positivity in Stanza four ! I\'ve had enough ~ Wanna stand tall ~ Go exploring ~ Have it all ~ AMEN Big Brotherly HUGS for giving ANXIETY a kick in the BUM ! BRIAN @@@@@@@

HI CHRIS ~ FAITH ~ HOPE ~ LOVE ! On MPS we get a lot of Poems on LOVE ~ some about FAITH ~ but very few on HOPE ~ so this is a precious gem ! STANZA 1. Recognises the the COLD & SUN ~ in the Winter ~ both play their part in keeping us Healthy ! S 2. Chris knows her own climate ~ and that the SNOW does not end in February ! The Snowbirds ~ from the Northern States who escape to Florida in the Winter don\'t like to return \'til Easter ! S 3. YES Chris when we live in snowy climes it is always reassuring (and gives us HOPE) to see that the Grass is still Green when to SNOW eventually melts ! S 4. So in the Bleak Mid-Winter HOPE is seen in the SUN ~ the melting SNOW ~ the Green Grass ~ So Seize the Day ~ and thank GOD for the consistency of the Seasons in the UK & the USA ~ AMEN ! As usual in a CS Poem the Structure is perfect ! Four balanced Quatrains with a consistent xaxa xbxb etc rhyme pattern ! Thanks for sharing and giving us all HOPE ! Brotherly HUGS ~ BRIAN @@@@@@@

THANKS CHRIS ~ For a very ENCHANTING Poem on a SNOWY Monday ~ it lifted my Spirits ! An interesting Structure A DECAOCTA (18 lines and only one STANZA !) This suggested to me you were in a Happy Hurry to share your ENCHANTMENT ! It had plenty of Rhyme & Rhythm ~ apropos the Subject !
Your poems are very personal ! How You feel ~ How the Family is and the anticipation of the Spring Break ~ LOVELY ! Then of course MONSTER DEPRESSION has to get a mention ! But more Happily ~ Loving Hubby is never far away in a CS Poem ~ So our \"Enchanting Poem\" ends on a high note ~ with an \"Enchanting Kiss\" Many of my poems like RADIOTHERAPY are informative ~ but could have been written by anybody or poached from \"GOOGLE POETRY\" ! BUT Your Poems are from your HEART (mine are Head) you share yourself with us ~ and each Poem could only be written by the Lovely CHRISTINA S ~ Thank you ! Brotherly HUGS ~ BRIAN @@@@@@@

Ohhhhhh CHRIS ~ What can I say ! I love the structure of the Poem ~ replete with Rhyme & Rhythm ~ BUT ~ once again it\'s the subject which depresses me ! However this time there is a glimmer at the end of funnel ! STANZA 1. You state the cause of your depression as WORRIES ! I\'m not a worrier but I do sympathise ! S 2. YES LOVE is an antidote to ANXIETY and I adore all your LOVE POEMS ! S 3. Very true CHRIS especially with TRUMP and the STUPID US Gun Laws ~ so I\'m scared too (it\'s knives in the UK) silent but just as deadly !) So with this sentiment I can EMPATHISE ! S 4. Who turned the light on ? Your final doublet filled me with hope & joy and answers to Prayer !

\"My solace is knowing that
There will be relief some day\"

\"Deep in my heart ~ I do believe
You will overcome some day ~ AMEN !\"

You share ~ I care !
