And when revived I\'ll go find you a nice warm dog **** to dine upon.

Hmm well respect to all living creatures is fine but i\'d like a little some of that back in so far as, if a fly is going to walk over my cheese then firstly i\'d like him to have clean feet and secondly not to regurgitate the last meals digestive juices (as they do) onto my cheese.

Now if that were a Bee in your tea, then I\'d not have a Bee in my bonnet about a fly.

However, that\'s just me inflicting me upon your fine poetry today. Rapping my own knuckles here.

Rather a sweet piece you have penned here. Certainly good reading for an audience of children\'s ears too.

immersive, it reads as an actual thought I might have had myself in the past, though not necessarily about a fly, nor with a tea cup as a culprit

My Dear Fay,

This reminded me of the waiter’s joke,
β€œThere’s a fly in my soupβ€œ.
A most enjoyable read.

And that is how life flows for the positive minded.
Another of your well woven tapestries here lifting us out of dark blues thru sensible pastels of reassurance and into the light of futures promise.
When i read your poetry today somebodies famous song lyrics came to mind:-
Strumming my pain with her fingers,
Singing my life with her words,
Telling my whole life with her words,
Killing me softly with her song.

I know where every line of your piece today comes from believe me. So well written.

And so to browse the brambles for fine plump dark berry fruit ignoring the prick and scratch of defence barbs, which will punish for days yet, for the minds eye is set upon the bounty of times afore. Mothers blackberry and apple pies. The glory of summers end served with a hot sweet custard.
And sun loitering low in the sky as the land is laboured to harvest in fields of gold and cider tickles throat.
Sweet accompanyment of blackbird seranade as hungry eyes prepare to feast upon the now revealed haunt of insect supper suddenly disturbed by dash of rabit and crazed dog barkings.

You brought the season to me as once again i fell into your words and found myself planted. Oh for those younger days in september\'s fields.

Living here, this is the beginning of what most here call the best time of the year. Everything becomes pumpkin-spiced, candied apple, butter and sugar corned. County fairs spring up. The foliage sets the country side ablaze in beauty....but then this year there\'s Covid 19...blah. Thanks for reminding me of the greatness of September. - Phil A.

I appreciate how you so often approach a subject or place or event objectively, without a word about yourself, yet every bit of your work is so inherently personal. You seldom use the word \"I\" but the vision is so you.

Amazing isn\'t it that we are such wonderful creatures and sophisticated beyond our own knowledge yet we can be so callously indifferent to our equally sophisticated, wonderful fellow homo sapiens.

Yes within the sophistication you poetically explore here there lurks the raging beast, the plundering rapist the cunning serial killer.

Your work always leads me into thoughts around your chosen subject, no less today. Perhaps the dark side of me is showing or maybe it\'s mankind\'s guilt oozing out - so sophisticated yet so savage.

Yes to your closing line.... but if only we could.

Good Midweek FAY - Angela Here - Thanks for sharing some precious TRUTHS!

\"As Humans - created in GODs Likeness
We have this Treasure in Earthern Vessels\"
Paul The Apostle who wrote The Epistles

Our five basic Senses of Sight - Sound - Scent - Savour
& Sensuality are Divine Treasures afforded in part or whole
to each Human Being together with the abilities of Speech
& Script. These attributes make us SPECIAL *Angels not Apes*
Your elegant ODE reminds us that ONE SENSE triggers ANOTHER
making the Whole Person infinitly greater than *Sum of the Parts*
INDEED *Human enrichment far exceeds a Brain Scan !*

Thanks for Caring & Sharing

Good Evening Fay - Angela here just catching a few moments of MPS Time before its time for bed again ! You Cornish Pixies know just how much the Sea ameliorates SUNRISE & SUNSET and Cowes faces both East & West (see map) so one can observe both in a Day in all their Channel reflected GLORY. There is always something Magic & Divine about both events & Venus (on whom we will never walk !) is always the Bright & Morning Star !

The dawn so beautiful and so inspiring. Wow were you inspired into fluid verse when the light caught you this time around. That\'s one of the wonderous things we poets possess I believe, the ability to be inspired in a different way on a different day by the same type of event - though no two dawnings are the same.

Love the way you romance the passage of venus of the night laying down before the glory of arising day.

P.S. I\'d love to know what you thought of the fairy tale i posted yesterday about Louise rabbit
