Lovely to read these words again! Is it a new format different. It forms a lamp ? Then it could be a mountain connection to the ever flowing droplet 💧 of me,

I probably said the same last time. It is such a wonderful journey from a trickle of water to the ocean but memories of the brook. Wonderful words Fay.

Having read these words previously .. it was a delight to see them bubble back to the surface ... and tho already familiar with them .. or as familiar as one can possibly be with something so infinitely mercurial as water ...

I would advise anyone who might follow me here ..

and just to allow them to trickle over the inside of their eyelids, to relax in their waft and bathe in their cooling beauty ...

really like the picture and was immersed in the write from first line, another beautiful depiction of the magic waiting to be utilised in all the Nature that surrounds us

such a therapeutic read during our COVID horror reality, as we remain
- removed, from ready access to Nature\'s wonders,
well worth a secondary upload

Beautifully said, I long for the tranquility of hiking in the canyons! After the fire ravaged it last year, the new growth is sadly sprout
From the ground, of burnt stumps, it’s so sad! I use to get lost in The trees and weeds,

Of course, with COVID-19, it’s a new animal

Oppsie!

Your poem reminds me how wonderful
Nature’s Beauty is missed!

ANGELA HERE -VERY TRUE FAY ! We do live in a a very disturbed World and it is difficult to find a quiet place to meditate. Ironically COVID 19 has increased the quietness in the Countryside and reduced the noise form Traffic & Marauders etc. This has been remarked on by others ! Now that the Children are back in School we can enjoy Walks before & after Work & it is quieter @ weekends too ! T hanks for sharing a real TONIC !

If I tried to pretend.. even for a moment that these words, once read did not have both a calming and therapeutic effect or impact upon my presently weakened and fevered person ..

then I would be a liar ... and so those also tending me would know it ...

So I aint even gonna bovva .... x

Wonderful to stroll upon your words into the tranquil space of natures cathederal. Such places bring to us the reality of what we are, animals losing touch with our inherent being, yet tickling the senses of even the most detached person with raw reality of our inner truth. Magic, majesty, magnificence.

Yes, lovely. But then, coming out of woods, on to main roads, the vanity of loud motor-bikes, and some people showing off by driving too fast.
Oh well, after the woods, back to everyday life we may say - with its stupidities, daftness, etc included, along with its good.
And watch out - not everyone stops their cars at zebra crossings for us.

Together
MendedFences27 said:

Let\'s hope there is enough time to save this Earth. With certain fools in power who deny the danger and destroy the unity required to save this planet it is increasingly close to the point of no return.
Your poem lends hope to us all that with some care we can survive. It also shows the attraction of two equally dedicated workers. A mutual attraction born of a shared will to help us all survive. Love and hope, what more can you ask for? - Phil A.

I just love these words and all they stand for ....

a perfectly poemed message for all those who love, peace, justice, love and all things that money and bullying n lies cant really buy despite some thinking otherwise ....

My Dear Fay,

Wow...so vivid!
Your deliberate and well chosen scripted words and pic intensify one’s innermost feelings...
the feelings of loss and sadness when ‘one from a duo’ is taken.
A truly par excellence write.

Good Evening FAY - ANGELA here ! Even in my short (32) years of Life - I have seen scenarios which reflect the Angst in each verse of your excellent Poem ! Trauma arises, smiles cease, sorrows tighten & nothing reviives ! It can be death or like Goldfinch & Joyce - Dementia. It can be Separation or Divorce. Since Brian & I Married six Months ago we have gradually morphed into ONE BEING shared equally between two Bodies ~ AWESOME ! It would be like an AMPUTATION if anything happened to either of & I know BRIAN feels the same ! Thats the Agony & Ecstasy of LOVE !

Blessings & Joy & Peace & Love

Some things are meant to be in pairs, people too, especially lovers are paired and often times resemble one entity. When one is lost or removed the other is completely at sea. No one can measure the \"grief,\" because it is personal and everyone is different.
Your poem has shown all these elements and more. It rings of the sorrow of separation. It is beautifully composed - Phil A.

The Spider\'s Web, often the intention of the phrase is indicate a mystery. Why? Because the physical spider\'s web is a mystery. Stronger than steel and yet artfully beautiful, science has no answer. Oh, and don\'t forget deadly as a trap for the spider\'s survival.
Your poem captures all these attributes and itself is beautiful. - Phil A.

BRIAN HERE ~ Good Sunday FAY ! Ahhhhh SPIDER WEB ! As an Environmental Scientist I am aware of the beaty & importance of SPIDERS and SPIDER WEBS are on one of my faves especially in Winter ~ awesome ! Often overlooked and destroyed by the swish of a hedgetrimmer ! Angela & I were visiting WOODBRIDGE ~ Artisan Village near Ipswich - with our neice Charlotte (3). We were ebjoying a cream tea in an alfresco Court Yard Cafe when Charlotte kept saying Spider Web - Spider Web we couldnt see it so she pointed it out on the pot plant on the Table. It was exquisite ! *Out of the Mouths of Babes !* I have an ACROSTIC SONNET on a Spider Webs which I will post in the week ! Thnks for sharing the *Beauty of Nature* in the midst of a Pandemic ! Must be the Cornish Air & Ice Cream - that keeps you so Young & Calm.
